you could get sick from eating strawberries or fruit in general
and your grandmother will cure you? i don't know, i'm not a great dream analyzer.
OR
you will meet something that'll hurt or attack or haunt you
and someone in your family helps you with it.

Probably that you should be careful of strawberries or they somehow attack you.
