when it's a first impression on the basketball court, moon eun sol is shown to be quite cold and serious during a game, this stems from the strict attitude her parents treat her at home, as well as how her uncle trains her while learning taekwondo. during regular school days, she is known to be one of those aloof students, who show no interest in interacting with others or hanging with a large group of people. the type of students who are talkative and like to make friends tend to be the first ones to approach her are usually given a cold shoulder, since these kinds of people tend to be a nuisance to her. except for those who have the guts to approach her consecutive times, she'll give her attention to them. eun sol is actually seemingly apathetic, unless it involves her releasing her competitive spirit. a flaw characteristic seen on the court, only noticed by the coach, is that she is quite stoic. whenever she is having a tough time, whether mentally or physically, she tends to keep it to herself and acts as if nothing is wrong. the reason for this is that she doesn't want anyone else embroiled in her own conflicts.

those who tend to hang around her often will notice that she is just socially awkward. although it might not show, she cares very much for her teammates and tends to show it by being a bit childish by making delicious sweets or proffesional bento lunches at unexpected times. she doesn't possess the ability to hate nor could she feel any strong emotions like fury, despair, envy, hatred, disgust, gluttony, lust, sloth, and love. eun sol is intelligent and analytical. her emotions are merely skewed in a certain direction, with one particular half becoming especially sensitive. because of this, she can easily and quickly categorize people into two distinctive groups: hostile and non-hostile. although she has a passive persionality, she shows much loyal and respect to those older than her. a rare trait about her is her love for small animals, ranging from birds to puppies.

moon eun sol is the transfer student from hanyoon high. due to spending one year at her previous school, she knows very much about the current members of their team, as analytical as she gets that's all she knows. when it comes to grades, she came in as one of the top three, but her presence at that school was rarely even noticed, so it didn't really matter. she switched schools because her uncle, who knew she loved basketball, had been secretly watching hanyoon high's every single game to see whether it was a worthy team to join. according to her uncle, "they have plenty of players that are as good as you, so i don't think you'd want to join them. besides something about their gameplay has been bothering me." basically, he was referring to how perfect their gameplay was and someone who is lacking interest in communicating with other team members would ruin their pattern. overall, he was saying that she wasn't good enough, but of course, that didn't bother her at all. actually the main reason was that all the adults in the fmaily hated being surrounded by very judgemental and rich families that attended the school, so they transferred eun sol to another school that would be around the same standards as them.

she started playing basketball in her last year of middle school. even during a short period of one year, she was able to experience the different positions involved in basketball. she was the ace of the team, but only for a short time since it wasn't permanent because she played in place for a member who had gotten into a small accident on game day. her position on the team originally was the copycat.

personality. chen is often clueless to the point of insensitivity. he is a kind person and goes out of his way to help others. he is also very laid back and carefree but when people use dirty tricks to hurt those close to him, he can be quite fearsome.
how you met/meet. 

when eun sol was a freshmen, ah young and her were watching one of hayoon high's games. the opposing side was against kangyon high. ah young only came to the game with her because her one and only basketball bias was there, park chanyeol. while ah young has only eyes for park chanyeol, unknowingly cheering for the opposing team, one other member on that team caught her attention, kim jongdae. whenever he made a long three-pointer, and acts like as if it was nothing, her chest always felt like it skipped a beat. it was if she was becoming attracted to him or something. eventually, she was able to snap out of it once the game ended with, suprsingly, kangyon high as its victor. once the two stepped down from the benches, eun sol got caught in a swarm of female students that were actually fans of the members of their school team. an unfamiliar hand grabbed eun sol's arm and took her out of the crowd. she accidently trips and falls on top of the person. that person was kim jongdae. the both of them flushed red as they helped one another back on their feet.

relationship .

eun sol's and jongdae's relationship kind of resembles taejoon's and jaehee's relationship from the korean drama, "to the beautiful you." without the need to crossdress and transfer into your lover's school, obviously. the two of them are both oblivious to the fact that they have feelings for each other. while one, which is eun sol, keeps trying to deny the fact that she has feelings for him unknowingly acts socially awkward to him whenever they meet. on the other hand, kim jongdae's curiosity doesn't stop when he wants to know more about her and unknowingly wants to become close to her.
