Is there anyone here who lives in China or Singapore or whichever country wherein weibo account can be created?

If yes, kindly help me make an account?

I really really want to follow Jessica on Weibo but I always fail on creating an account (coz it's complicated)

Use the English version of weibo? It's what I do, so everything is in English
