Just a few tips:

1st: this is lovely especially for your first try so don't be offended

2: it's a tad busy and is a little harsh on the eyes

3: one thing making it busy is the lack of a center thing to focus on. I imagine the girl is supposed to be the center, but the paint splatters are larger and brighter than her, hence out balancing her

4: you have A LOT going on. Between the overlay of text, the girl, the paint, and the filter on the girl, I don't know where to focus

5: I would suggest taking something out or expirimenting with placement and size

6: you're off to a good start, so if you keep playing around with different things you should be golden in no time
