SUMMARY:Choi Changjo and his friends researched the issue to see how far the control goes that they thought was only at Jeontugi High School, and found out that it may go beyond school and childhood. It may be more dangerous than they think. While some are still stuck at Jeontugi, Changjo has now graduated and found out that it’s NOT illegal to choose your own career path. He applies at the Power Plant, where Ricky has seen strange things happen, and continues his investigation. How far does this control go, and what is causing people to blindly follow these rules? Why would the government want to control the people so badly? Also, why has it only been in the last 23 years? Changjo has enrolled in Criminal Justice as a major, and he and his friends will get to the bottom of this…or die trying.
