 style  : rather than her groups image of the cutesy look. eunji has a very girly tomboy style. it probably sounds confusing, right? but all it is, is a "simple" style sense where its a bit hiphop like but not to the extreme. keeping her clothing neutral; where the colours aren't very bold, occasionaly with some exceptions here and there. her fashion sense is towards the comfortbale stylish side where she prefers checked clothing, knits, crop tops and with some plain shorts or jeans.
a large majority of her clothing consits of white, black or blue colours. where her tops, pants and dresses are black and white. if not, occassionaly she would have some army green coloured clothing, or her tops would have a bold bright design print.

{A BIT ABOUT ME. if there's one word that best describes eunji's appeal, it would be "refreshing". after debuting as apinks powerhouse vocalist and showcasing her natural acting talent, eunji has proven to both kpop and kdrama that she is not just another pretty face, amateur idol. not only does she have a cheerful personality, but also a bold attitude where she should not be classified as your typical girl idol. 

{i'm no typical girl. known for her aggressive, down-to-earth and tomboyish character, eunji shows a refreshing personality that is different from other girl idols who are usually gentle, clueless and fragile. eunji proves that she is not just any other female idol who could be easily overlooked. in fact, rather than the girly idols who smiles simply, giggles bashfully, and tries to maintain her image in exchange for stifling her actual self. showing her bright teeth while laughing, the more agressive she is to one, the more comfortable and close to. 

{true to her busan accent, where she uses it to tease people in a bold yet humours way. she once told her ceo to lose weight with them (apink), poking fun at him for making them go on a diet. not oly that but staying true to herself, she once told afterschool's lizzy that only she can play reply 1997's siwon; when lizzy said that she would have tried for 'siwon's character' if her scheduel allowed it. not letting situations go awkward, seo in guk once "proposed" to her where she replied "please control yourself" taking his love confession to a funny yet cute level.  

{i don't take anything to heart. eunji has not only showed that she is not your typical idol but has also showed a great sense of humor to the public. though at times she has been critised for her boldness and getting too aggressive. this still hasn't changed her.

 family background  : 
eunji isn't a big fan to talk about her family, but she was raised with 3 significant firgures in her life. them being her parents and her little brother, minki. all of them did play a role in how she is today. her parents whom she looked up to, taught her to be humble all the time and not fogrtting her roots. while her little brother made her more a woman, learning to be a role figure to him, being a second mother taking care of him and passing on the knowledge she had gotten from her parents to him. without them and their support eunji wouldn't be where she is. 
Before debuting in apink. eunji had planned on becoming a vocal trainer instead of a singer. her vocal teacher asked if she did want to try out to be in a group. at first she was hesitant but after she did tryout, she was sotted as apink'd min vocalist and only had 6 months to train. although she may have an amazing voice, but she became the worst in her group in the field of dance, where she was known as the black hole in her trainee days. 

 

 career history  : 

eunji, part of a girl group from a cube entertainment called apink, and was the fourth member to be revealed though a cubes twitter of her singing a redition of jenifer hudson "love you i do". apink debuted in 2011, where she was introduced as "the happy virus" of the group, due to her personality. she then later got the nickname as the "2nd lizzy"; where both of them are singers , was borned in busan, had similar personalities and both had trouble adapting to the seoul accent. 

debuting with mini album titled "seven springs of apink" where "i don't know/ mollayo" was their first music video featuring beast kikwang. they first performed the song on mnet's m! countdown, becoming a great hit where apink were known for "7 fairies".
during the same year, the release of the single "my my" was also popular, where it was said to have reminded fans of groups such as s.e.s and fin.k.l. during the promotions of "my my" they also opened a one-day idol cafe, serving fans and raising profit for charity, where the food and drinks were made by apink themselves! 
in november, apink were awarded the "best new female artist" award. 

in 2012, for cubes new project: 'a cube for season' both eunji and yoseob were paired up. it was no surprise since both were main vocals of their own groups. releasing the music video "love day" for their duet song, this also became a huge hit. where the day after from the release of "love day" they then released the full album "a cube for season #green". Performing the song on mbc's show! music core. 
apink then released the album "une annee" with the title "hush". where a song from the album '4 wol 19 II " was a gift to fans to celebrate their one year anniversary. they then released the song "bubibu". 
in this year, eunji also debuted as a actress in the television drama "respond 1997" as sung si-won, the female protagonist. the 1990's nostalgia television drama then became one of the highest-rated korean series on cable television. she was complimented by critics and audiences for her comedic and emotion acting which was very impressive for a new comer, as well as her authentic busan accent. this role then won her several awards, including the 49th baeksang arts award for the best new tv actress. 
CONtinuing from the big hit, she then recorded two promotional singles "all for you" and "our love like this" with reply 1997 co-star seo in guk, for the drama sound track. followed by a live performance on m!countdown not only did they get a win on music triangle, but also on best ost on mnet asia music awards and melon awards.
within the year 2013, apink released the album "secret garden" which was released through a cube's youtube channel. their title song was "nonono" which was then performed on mnet's m!countdown. with this song, they then won their first trophy on show champion following a win on kbd music bank. where the promotions concluded for "nonono" they also release tracks such as "u you". 
she then made her musical theater debut in the 2012 staging of the hollywood film turned musical "legally Blonde". playing the role of elle woods, the show ran for 5months from november to march. 
During those 5 months, she also was part of the single "a year ago" for "a cube for season #white" with her member namjoo and beast hyunseung.
NOt long after releasing yet another song "short hair" with her fellow cube artist huk gak. for "a cube for season #blue"
eunji was then cast in a supporting role in the melodrama "that winter, the wind blows". being her first appearance in a drama aired on one of south korea's three mayjor networks, she then won best performance at the apan star awards and new star awat at sbs drama awards.
she then reprised her reply 1997 role in a cameo appearance on reply 1994. where the director and writer both invited her to join. 

in 2014, apink posted photos through their offical fan cafe, where it was revealed that they would release a digital single to commemorate their 1000th day since debut and to thank fans for their support. this single was then titles "good morning baby". 
eunji then sang "it's you" for the ost of "three days". the song rose to 1st place on various music charts such as bugs, soribada and daum music shortly after the release of the song. 
apink then made their comeback with "pink blossom" where "mr.chu" was the title song, which recieved many positive feedbacks and achieved 1st on 9 music charts. 
hence the second mv "crystal" was released as a continuation from the positive feed back of "mr.chu". 
eunji then starred in another musical, "full house" where this round was a stage adaption of the 2004 series. 
shortly after she then was casted in the leading role "trot lovers". which depicts the struggle of a female singer to become successful in the old fashioned musical genre "trot".

bang minah : 21 : 8 : known for looking like twins in the kpop industry. it's not surprise that both happy virus of the group are similar to eachother. eunji being the strong minded one in their friendship, while minah is the one who looks at all sides before judging, they both balance eachother out. 

yoon bomi : 20 : 10 : bomi and eunji have always been close since trainee days. both known for having 4d personalities and having their ways of sorting things. being best fiends with each other, they're able to pull of faces, pranks and even being rude to each toher with out it affecting their relationship. 

kang seungyoon : 20 : 9 : being childhood friends with eachother. they basically share one mind, where they know what the other is thinking. though eunji moved to seoul, they still kept in contact, where she encouraged him to try out for k2 due to his vocals. winning 4th place on the show, he them became a trainne at yg and soon debuted in the yg's boy group "winner".

{ TWO SIDED BEAR hoya's outer apperance may seem very cold all the time, but he truly isn't. like a teddy bear he generally forgiving, cheerful and a person who cares for others. he usually doesn't like to openly show that he cares for someone and prefers to take care of it from the background, but for people like eunji who happens to be one of the most stubbon person on each, he tends to yell in front of her. 

{ i'm not popular. although he's popular, he prefers not to the the center of attention. being the person who cares for others, people usually go to him for advice, a subtle filrt, the girls can't seem to get enough of him and the other guy idols can't hate. having that charm to capture peoples heart in a dance, he is practically someone that no one can truly hate. 

{ cold as ice. though he is usually kind, he can grow cold towards a person in a second if they offend him or someone he cares about. giving off this weird vibe, people have to keep up with him and his constant personality modd swings. hoya isn't the type of person who would try to the befriend someone, hence his closest friends are as people who give off a weird vibe and can understand him like euji and donwgwoo. 


 first impression  : 
knowing eachotehr during rookies days. hoya and eunji were fortunate enough to be on the drama 'reply 1997' together. getting along with each other where first impressions may be a bit different than what they expected. eunji scared hoya by being the not so typical girl idol, and hoya scring eunji by his looks, both learnt to accpet that fact about each other. 

although being in different compaines and havin their differences, both happened to get along due to what they were interested in. eunji being interested in rap and dance, as hoya was interested in singing. both helped eachother out, though eunji was obviously struggling, hoya was patient enough that eunji was thankful, too bad she couldn't say that as her pride got in the way. 

they're not the type to compliment each other. both born with a knife in their mouth, they counteract each other, just so they could win some immature battle. hence the competitive immature they 
AFTerwards, once the show came to an end. both promised to keep in contact with each other like they always had. sometimes meeting up for coffee or even hanging in eachother behind mbc countdown, theres no surpise that there would be an uproar on the two being an item. which i true.
 
 relationship  : 
knowing each other since their debut days and coming from similar backgrounds, no one undertsands each other like they do. hoya being the calm on in the relationship, as euji just blabs on knowing half of the time he isn't listening, they treasure eachother's friendship. however, being close to each other has its perks. being a target to all hoyas fangirls telling her that "oppa is theirs", eunji doesn't really get affected by it, though she does wonder why they are so protective over him even though their just friends. these two could seem very violent to eachother, but most of the time it's just them playfully showing their violent affection according to eunji. as on the other hand, hoya can only let him self go in front of eunji. perhaps because they have so much similar and that she wouldn't really have the burden of being perfect that she understands. though at times he may yell at her, but most of the time he does it because it cares, not because he's trying to let his anger out. even back in their debut days, many fans, idols and even the company ceo's thought that they were an item, and the two never actually denied it either because it drives away the unwanted confession.

 what made you want to join this show?  :
-eunji lets out a laugh- why i wanted to join? hmmm, that's a hard question... -she starts lightly scrunches up her face- i guess i wanted to join this seasons of roomate because i heard that it's like a new life for idols. -laughs while looking at the pd- being an idol you don't get to experience such things. -eunji nods, while hoping she didn't day anything wrong- please don't feel sorry for me! i guess this is something i have to sacrafice for my career, but i don't regret it ~ i think it would also be really fun to live with other people besides my members! -eunji grins with her with reaching to the sides of her face- being with them for a bit more than two years has been difficult -pretends to cry then ends up laughing- i'm kidding, but honestly at times it can get really hard, when rong mama (chorong) doesn't cook for us, and the rest of the members are all tired from scheduals. so it'll be fair to even up the work we have. -eunji smiles while nodding towards the pd to tell them she's finsihed-  

 what are you anticipating about the show?  : 
-eunji giggls a bit before looking at the pd- friendship? love? -raises her eyebrow at the camera- am i expecting too much? -she softly eyesmiles before letting a sigh- i'm more a person who expects someone to open up to me before i open up to them. -eunji starts to think for a bit while looking at her feet-  i don't know why...my members make fun of me saying that i have trust issues. -eunji lets out a short laugh- maybe thats true, but i really don't know why i'm like that....so hopefully on this show it'll be different. -eyesmiles towards the camera-

 do you have any wories about being on the show?  : 
i actuAlly have a lot believe it or not -laughs softly- not only do idols have to make sure they don't slip something secret out and make sure they don't do anything rash .... but my main worry is that my fans will expect a certain eunji, so how i should act and such. i want to come on this show and honestly enjoy myself, though i know it may be a bit awkward for me at first, but hopefully i'm able to make a lot of friends . 

 are you hoping for   : 
love?... -laughs a bit- i'll be lucky to experience that. honestly i'm just hoping to open up to people. whether they're friends or lovers, i'm going to enjoy myself and show fans another side of eunji. just you wait
