Student Council speech

Hello! 

Can you please help me make a speech, i'm running for the P.R.O position. If you can suggest some things, just comment it. Help me how to convince my schoolmates to vote me and trust me as their P.R.O. I don't know what to put in my speech anymore.

"Why should I be in the student council? Everybody knows that. Because I love cookies and kittens, because of that. I'M 2 FAB 4 U GUYS, NOW SELECT ME AS A MEMBER IN STUDENT CONCIL, OR ELSE HEADS WILL ROLL..."

Public Relations Officer? For an organic speech for student council elections, you could say how you want change and blah blah. But since you're running for PRO, you could talk to them about building a good reputation for the student council and the student body- of being able to understand and provide support for both the needs and wants of both the SC and the SB. You could also talk about listening to the opinions and requests of the students and making sure that you will make their voices matter and such. You could also talk about boosting the publicity of your school or your council through forms of media, etc.
