Ironic, isn't it??

So, as some of you know already (if you've ever asked or wondered) about my moment of when I heard Arashi for the first time, you can understand how an awesome moment that is...

For those of you who don't know already, let me give you my Arashi-fan-life in a nutshell.

Basically, the moment that I heard Arashi for the first time was on an online radio show that played JPop but for some reason never tells you the names of the artist or the song, and so without realizing it I fell in love with Arashi the moment I heard 'Love So Sweet' on the radio. I only heard it once, and I couldn't find it for the life of me. Then, about a year ago, I was listening to music on the computer (during class) and accidentally found it again on youtube and realized 'hey this is the same song that I fell in love with so many years ago!'

(the lyrics that really got me and that got stuck in my head and that I always sang was 'omoide zutto zutto wasurenai demo futari ga hanarete ittemo')

(fun fact)

Isn't that a neat story?

Anyway, tell me if you find this weird or ironic or whatever...

The first time I ever heard 'Love So Sweet' on Japan-A-Radio (notice, they tell you the artist now, but back then they didn't...) was around Christmastime, and I remember that because it was cold outside and I had to take out the trash or go outside or something and I heard it come on and something just held me back saying 'LISTEN'. (I also remember it was Christmastime because I was probably on break and that was when I really started listening to Utada Hikaru and Japan-A-Radio)

I first heard 'Love So Sweet' at Christmastime....

My Arashi ichiban is Aiba Masaki and he's born on Christmas Eve....

......

......

..huh..

Kinda ironic, doncha think??

Or maybe I'm just crazy....

Either way I think that's pretty cool ^^

By the way, you guys should check out Japan-A-Radio. It's cool. I reccomend it if you're just staring out in the JPop world or if you just wanna listen to Japanese music.

:D awww~
my first Arashi song was Rock you but I found about them because of MatsuJun, I always felt like I've seen him somewhere but never guessed (I still dont know xD). I started looking for dramas and I watched Nobuta wo Produce and then Gokusen came, and I fell in love with Sawada Shin (MatsuJun >///<). I wanted to know all about him (when I read that his birthday was the same as mine, I was laughing like a mad woman, I love it <3) and then went to youtube and wrote Matsumoto Jun, I clicked on the first video and there it was 'Rock you'. The song was so much fun to hear, I was always singing 'So dont stop my love' cuz that part was really catchy~ and my second song was 'Oh Yeah!' and then 'Kaze no mukou e' - I really loved SakuRap, I wanted to learn it so bad so I started practising it over and over again, and now these 3 songs are the ones that I know the lyrics from heart. ^^
I started seaching about them and from the 5 of them, my eyes were set on Sakurai, but I couldnt let go of MatsuJun, so MatsuJun became my niban and Sho my sanban (at that time, I was really into KAT-TUN, Kamenashi was my ichiban).
And I started to fell in love with Arashi, everyday they gave me something to laugh about, something to 'kyaa kyaaa' about .. they still do it, and because of that they are the ichiban in my heart :3

wow I think I wrote a lot xDDD but yeah, merry christmas to you Ai-chan~ happy birthday to our Ma-chan. **

True true, completely understand it. I heard them in January for the first time, when I was watching Hana Yori Dango but it took another few months before I got to be interested in them. And I think it caused the awesome energetic performance of song Oh Yeah! from the tour Arashi around Asia. And the second performance that caught my attention was Love Situation. First of all I was concentrated on Jun but as I got to know them I love them all! :D But still I think I prefer Sho-kun a little more. Well, there's no way back. :)
Also I wanted to wish you Merry Christmas, Ai-chan, and successful new year full of our wonderful Arashi :)
