Ironic, isn't it??
So, as some of you know already (if you've ever asked or wondered) about my moment of when I heard Arashi for the first time, you can understand how an awesome moment that is...
For those of you who don't know already, let me give you my Arashi-fan-life in a nutshell.
Basically, the moment that I heard Arashi for the first time was on an online radio show that played JPop but for some reason never tells you the names of the artist or the song, and so without realizing it I fell in love with Arashi the moment I heard 'Love So Sweet' on the radio. I only heard it once, and I couldn't find it for the life of me. Then, about a year ago, I was listening to music on the computer (during class) and accidentally found it again on youtube and realized 'hey this is the same song that I fell in love with so many years ago!'
(the lyrics that really got me and that got stuck in my head and that I always sang was 'omoide zutto zutto wasurenai demo futari ga hanarete ittemo')
(fun fact)
Isn't that a neat story?
Anyway, tell me if you find this weird or ironic or whatever...
The first time I ever heard 'Love So Sweet' on Japan-A-Radio (notice, they tell you the artist now, but back then they didn't...) was around Christmastime, and I remember that because it was cold outside and I had to take out the trash or go outside or something and I heard it come on and something just held me back saying 'LISTEN'. (I also remember it was Christmastime because I was probably on break and that was when I really started listening to Utada Hikaru and Japan-A-Radio)
I first heard 'Love So Sweet' at Christmastime....
My Arashi ichiban is Aiba Masaki and he's born on Christmas Eve....
......
......
..huh..
Kinda ironic, doncha think??
Or maybe I'm just crazy....
Either way I think that's pretty cool ^^
By the way, you guys should check out Japan-A-Radio. It's cool. I reccomend it if you're just staring out in the JPop world or if you just wanna listen to Japanese music.
