Ye Na was born and raised in Incheon, South Korea. She had a pretty normal childhood and grew up with two older sisters and one younger brother. She is very thankful that she has siblings, because she thinks that her childhood would have been very boring without them. Ye Na started dancing in the age of 6 and was very talend from day one. She had her first asthma attack when she was 9 and her parents were very worried about her and wanted her to quit dancing. She didn't gave up though because dancing became like her passion in the past years.
When she was 11, the family moved to Seoul, South Korea because of her parents jobs. She wasn't very happy about that at first because she had to leave all her friends behind. But she soon started liking the new, bigger city.
She dreamed of being an idol, since she lived in Seoul. Ye Na was so near at the companies and stars and just wanted to be a part of their lifes. So she auditioned for JYP in spring 2011, when she was 15. She got accepted and soon started her trainee days. She switched too Big Hit in 2013, because she had better chances to be accepted in Big Hit's new girl group than she had at JYP.
Ye Na is actually a really sweet, friendly and caring girl. She always looks after her band members and makes sure that they are healthy. She is very loyal and would never betray her friends and family. This girl is also very hard working and maybe overworks herself sometimes so her band members have to stop her because they are scared, that she will have an asthma attack.
Like Aphrodite was in her days, Ye Na is known for her beauty. She knows that she is pretty and thanks her parents and also god for her good looks. But her beauty is not always a blessing for her. A lot of people (mostly females) call her arrogant, smug and ty, what she definitely isn't.
But Ye Na has bad personality points too. She can be very y sometimes and even a little bit over emotional (especially when she's on her period). Ye Na can be very jealous, which she hates herself and wants to change it, but it's not really working. Because of her haters she often feels unimportant and useless, what makes her self confidence sink.

TRAINEE PERIOD + TRAINEE LIFE. Ye Na was a trainee for 3 years. She auditioned at JYP Entertainment, because it was her favorite label and she only heared good things about it. She luckily got accepted and she was really excited to start her trainee days. Even though she thought she would know a lot about being famous and being an idol, she was surprised how much she didn't know and how much she still had to learn.
She switched to Big Hit in 2013, because she wanted to become an idol a soon as possible and JYP was starting a new boy group first (Got7). Big Hit wanted to arrange a new girl group soon and a lot of JYP but also Big Hit trainees gave Ye Na the hint to switch to Big Hit Entertainment, because her chances would be a lot better there. She did so and had luck: she got accepted in Big Hit's new girl group.

PERSONALITY + HOW THEY INTERACT. Jimin is known for his cute face and not so cute body. He has a lot of self confidence and is not scared about showing his abs around in public. He knows what he does to his female fans and clearly enjoys it. Jimin is a very passionate dancer (like Ye Na) and also has a very good singing voice. Even though he wants to be mature sometimes, he is very childish and likes to do silly things with his band members.
Ye Na had a slighty crush on Jimin since she was a trainee at Big Hit. They are actually good friends a she tries not to show, that she actually like him more than just as a friend. Jimin and Ye Na tease each other a lot too, but it's just for fun and they never had a really serious fight.
MEETING. They met on one of Ye Na's first trainee days at Big Hit. Jimin and the rest of Bangtan were just about to debut and exercised a lot. They weren't friends from the beginning. Out of Bangtan, Ye Na liked J-Hope the most because of his happy personality.
She watched Bangtan's dance practice once and that was the first time he really catched her eye. She liked his dancing moves and complimented him later. They started talking and soon found out that they had a lot in common. After this day, they started talking and meeting a lot more and became friends quickly.
