Ok, anyone knows what a bruised apple is called? Like not bruised but those dent marks in fruits that make them go a bit soft & brown-ish ... yeah ... :P
I think that it's a chemical reaction in which oxygen reacts with the exposed fructose in the apple creating a brownish precipitate on the outside of the apple.
