character history

She was raised in  Storybrooke with her aunt, owner of the local library. She had always filled her life with books and all sorts of stuff in the library, which increased her intelligence. She started having a liking to horses since she was 7, when she read books about horse-riding and equestrian. Once when she was 12, she was wandering around the local stable, and she wanted to adopt a horse. A certain white-furred mare gained her interest and thus, adopted her, naming the mare Celestia (nicknamed 'Tia'). She continued to spend her life as the horse-rider and vice-librarian while her brother chases his dream to become a soccer athlete. The guys in Storybrooke find her brother weird since he has a sister that always has her nose in a book. Upon this, she always tries to convince them that he isn't weird and that he is just as normal as everyone is.

Spending her whole life in Storybrooke, she craves for an adventure outside the city. She wants much more than this normal boring life. Adventures, romance, wonders, and other things from the books she read. She had been quite a dreamer since then, wanting to experience the world outside the city.

↪ ATTENTIVE ⇒ She is a very attentive girl. Whenever she's in her class, it's very hard for the other students to gain her attention. Also, when she's assigned to do something, she'd always work on it until it's completely finished. She is a very hard-working girl that wants the best for her and her friends. When it comes to training archery with her father or cousin, she'd listen well and learn fast. She is a very good listener, and she is fast to understand things. She was once avoided by most students because of how she's like the 'teacher's pet', always caring and being a good student. She was once called the bookworm of the school when she was 5.

↪ BALANCED ⇒ Lin is a very thoughtful girl, she always cares about her family and friends. She's like a mother to them, caring and sweet. But also, she's ambitious. She is passionate and has a strong will in success. Though, she can handle stress easily, she is a calm-before-the-storm type of girl. When her rival loses, she often goes up to her/him, takes a deep breath to calm her anger, and turns her back on him/her and struts off, saying the words "See ya later, alligator." She is, overall, a bit of a quick-tempered person.

↪ FLEXIBLE ⇒ She is a bit of a bipolar girl. She worries about something, staying silent for a minute. But when her friend suddenly comes over and tells her a joke, she'd get talkative and laugh all the time. But be careful; she's not an easy person to cheer up. Though, she is friendly and kind, but no one would like to befriend her due to her intelligence. She can understand what her (few) friends need, or feel, or even their problems. Although, she isn't really used to boys' personality, as how mature she is and how often she goes out with only female friends while the others hang out with both male and female.

↪ AGGRESSIVE ⇒ Sometimes, when it gets to fights, Lin just couldn't stand it. She'd yell "GUYS! ENOUGH! NO MORE FIGHTING!" whenever two guys fight over something, either it was a big problem or a small one. The harder people fight, the more aggressive she is. She kinda uses her rage to stop the fight. She is a very skilled fighter, also trained to fight well in archery. She hits precisely in the bullseye, which made her opponents slightly terrified of her. Only her close ones can calm her down.

↪ GLARING PRINCESS ⇒ She often glares at people, especially the ones she hate or the ones who threaten her and her friends. If people say looks could kill, the person she glared at would be deader than dead by then. When some boys, or any flirty boys casually walk and call her name, she'd return and threaten them with a glare, as if her eyes say "Don't you come closer or I'll kill you." In other cases, when one of her friends get threatened by someone, she'd glare as if her eyes said "If you're gonna mess with him/her, you'll have to get through me first". When she's pissed off and someone comes over to her, she'd glare at the person, signing him/her to leave her alone. She often has a glaring contest with her rival before she starts fighting. She was like an ice princess to the queenkas in her schools. Hence, only some who truly understand her would be her friends. But she isn't all a glaring princess. In some times, you could see a slight twinkle in her eyes, which was the same feature that her brother had.

PERSONALITY. He is the type of those mysterious guys. He may seem to have that cold tough look, that piercing stare and his intimidating-like look. But overall, he is a soft, warm-hearted guy. He doesn't talk much, yet he can be as protective to his closest friends. He has a manly personality and was like a father to his friends. He often answers short and straight-to-the-point answers whenever the other ask him questions. But even so, he could be as aggressive and arrogant, which makes people avoid him. He has less friends and is actually quite a loner.

But as Beast or in his beast form, he is quite worse than his actual personality. He is merciless, aggressive, and ice cold. He is quite bossy on the outside. But to the person he loves, he is an innocent puppy.

MEETING. It all started when Luhan was practicing soccer in the middle of the night. The soccer field was next to a forest, where a pair of red eyes stared at its next prey. Just as he was practicing a new kick technique he made, the ball accidentally flew into the bushes, thus drawing him nearer to the beast. Just as he got to the ball, the beast took a grip at him and dragged him deeper into his cave-like den, leaving Luhan to scream for help. The only clue left of him was his signed soccerball

Now here's the part where it gets similar to the story. The next day, Lin goes searching for Luhan, and was surprised when she saw the ball and some dirt that made a trail into the forest. She immediately grabbed Celestia and rode fearlessly deeper into the forest despite the dark of the night. She heard a cry for help as she reached a cave by a hill. There, Luhan was being tied up and scratches and bruises were all over his body. Lin gasped and quickly untied him and helped him escape from the forest. In the middle of the way out, she encountered a dragon-winged wolf. She left Celestia and Luhan to flee while she distracted the wolf-beast. With only a sharp stone in hand, she managed to slash its left cheek, leaving a deep scar on its face.

The image of the beast never left her head. While she was riding down the street out of boredom, she saw a glance of a tall ash-blonde-haired guy with the exact same scar she left on the beast. She encountered the man, and when their eyes met, her heartbeat doubled. Regardless of the scar, his face was like a god-like person. Auburn eyes, pale face, thick eyebrows, sharp jawline, she thought he was perfect. It was only for a brief moment before he turned his back and walked down the street. She was attacked by some mugglers that night. They seduced her and just by that moment, the same beast appeared and miraculously saved her. He had the same auburn eyes as the man she previously met.

They meet and meet again for a few times. It was when they met in a forest they finally properly introduced themselves.

As she think and think, she placed the puzzle pieces back together. The man was the beast.

RELATIONSHIP. At first, she was nervous since she was cautiously thinking that he was actually the terrifying beast. But as she got to know him, he was actually an innocent kid, warm and kind. Though, she disliked the part where he is arrogant and aggressive. She isn't afraid to boss around him, which seemed to surprise him as no one's ever been like this to him. As time grows, he discovers that he falls in love for her, but in order the curse to break, she must fall in love with him as well. She eventually learns the other side of his beastly personality and thus develops romantic feelings for him. But as she does, she begins to wonder:

...is this the adventure and romance she wanted? Is she destined to meet this man?

Yay! i finally finished this thing... oh yeah. since there's no family section, i'll say that her brother is luhan. is that okay for the story? in case there's no other applicant who choose him as love interest? if it's not, then you can tell me and I'll change the whole application again. i don't really mind.
