This is very inspiring. Since you're into short film right now and like horror there's this anime-ish show called Yamishibai: Japanese Ghost Stories. Each episode is only 5 minute long and independent of each other. It's good.

This was kind confusing at first but it's actually great. It shows how people believes whatever the government or the one who is above them says, no matter how fudging wrong and ridiculous they sounds, they believe it also because the society (people around them) does and since they don't want to be 'out of place' or they don't want to be different from others, since being 'different' is detested in our current generation. Once you've become different you'll be outcasted and treated bad.

It was also shown in the video that the one who has the guts to BE different somehow kind of affected the others. Though they don't try to disagree like how the other kid did they still somehow disagreed but only to themselves they DID believe that 2+2 IS 4.

it was really touching, you see it interprets how some heroes died by questioning the superiority and the wrong knowledge and potential rights as a human being that was being feed to us ordinary people, its simple but interprets a lot
