How to put tags?

Anyone knows how to put tag on story?my friend made a fanfic starring Suzy,Woohyun,Krystal and Minho.She doesn't know how to put the artist name as tags.Can anyone help her?

There a box below the subscribe and the tags. You type the name in there and click add tags twice. Hope this help :]
