Can anybody explain to me what is going on with exo and kris???? Because i don't really know what has happened but i'm freaking out due to some comments, posts etc.
- Kris filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment. Do not go by anything the news say about what the lawsuit is about, everyone has their own interpretations. Even those who are Koreans etc.
- The EXO members, going by their Instagram posts after news of this lawsuit broke, did not know Kris had made such a decision.
- On 140525 during the press conference for EXO's last concert day, the members said they were shocked by what Kris had done. Earlier on during the time the news broke Suho said as Kris had not consulted with the other members they felt he was wrong and that he should apologize.
- There is no evidence of Kris actually having a heart problem so I would advice you to not listen to any of that.
- Recently a picture has been floating around of Kris visiting a hospital in China which is known for treating heart related problems. Also you will most probably find a caption along with it saying something along the lines of "Even the doctor said why had he been still performing despite being in such a condition."
- There is now an inevitable divide between fans that support the rest of the members and not Kris and those who support Kris and not EXO. Of course, this is the basic idea. Not everyone falls into this generalization.
- There are also those who are angered/disappointed by the rest of the members who now keep repeating the slogan, "This is only the beginning"/ "This is the start of EXO."
- Needless to say there are numerous views and even more idiotic "evidences" to support these views and theories.
It depends solely on you to decide how you want to reach to this. Hope I gave you a general idea.
I would however advise you to not believe any translations or evidences from either party unless it is coming from the official sources. By official sources I do not mean popular fanbases but SM, the court and the lawyers. Believing anyone else is simply a waste of energy and quite frankly will give you a headache.
All we know is that Kris filles a lawsuit against the company, asking for the termination of his contract or for better treatment aka change of his contract. Till now, it's only about Kris actually leaving the company but even now it's not completely accurate. EXO held a concert without him a few days ago. And also, there was an issue about the members posting hateful posts about Kris on their accounts but that's not true.
