relationship with love interest #1: 

the easiest way to call them is a pair of bestfriends. being the leader and unofficial leader let jinsoo and mudae became close in no time. they spend majority of their spare time sticking with each other, doing something silly or discussing about serious stuffs. though they seems so close now, their first encounter wasn’t really pleasing since it’s full of them bickering after mudae told jinsoo how short he is. of course it was not a heavy fought, as we can see from their closeness now.

considering that mudae is the one who helps jinsoo a lot, ever since they hadn’t debut yet, forced jinsoo to count on him many times. it’s not about things which are jinsoo’s responsibilities, though. it’s more about small things that jinsoo can’t really handle because he already has so many things on his shoulder, like helping jinsoo to wake the others up. those frequent helps, those yes, sure mudae gave jinsoo as an answer whenever jinsoo asked him to do something, somehow made jinsoo gets butterflies in his stomach, which really surprising because he thought it suppose to be happen when he’s with a girl—not a guy. but then, jinsoo managed to control his shock about the fact that he may a biual.

having that kind of romance spark between them is the least thing jinsoo expected since both of them somehow too busy leading apollo and basically jinsoo never really has the time to think about things outside his career. In the end, jinsoo never really has the courage to confess his feeling, he only shows a little bit more affections towards mudae sometimes. there are times when jinsoo secretly staring at him for a long time—when mudae is not looking, of course—and then he smiles like a crazy without anyone know the reason.

outcome of relationship:

nothing really special for the romance between them, since jinsoo really afraid that if he confess his feeling, it might break their bond as a friend. and if that really happen, jinsoo afraid it might effecting to the internal group relationship. too much what if wandering inside his mind, and blame jinsoo’s timidness because he wont take the risk.

though, somehow the latter realized about jinsoo’s feeling slowly. Thanks to the increasing affections and jinsoo’s lack to hide his emotion well, the latter managed to know about everything. just as jinsoo’s thought, they really become distant for a short periods before at the end jinsoo has the courage to explain everything. he tells mudae that he is actually will never tell mudae about his feeling, he also tells him about his fear that their relationship may break and that is the least thing jinsoo wants. jinsoo never force mudae, neither to answer nor love him back.

chung mu dae:

their relationship is more like a friend with benefit. being a leader is tough, and mudae is always there for jinsoo to help. yet despite being the co-leader, mudae is the person jinsoo can trust to help him disciplining the others without worrying that mudae will hurt them. basically, jinsoo needs someone likes mudae to help him make the others listen, because no matter how hard he try he can't make the others listen to him without being harsh on them. easy to call, they consider each other as best friend because when people asked who's the one they are closest to, they would happily shout each other's name. on the show, mudae is the one jinsoo will search first if they need to form a team because both of them are pretty similiar in loyalty.

lim yoon jin:

yoonjin is someone jinsoo wants to show to the world the most. though sometime jinsoo can't stand his bluntness, jinsoo can't really mad at him. seeing this guy being passive and quiet on cameras most of the time often makes jinsoo moves closer to him just to make something happen and forced yoonjin to at least make efforts to do something, even just to mock the leader or throws lame jokes. however, no matter how harsh yoonjin's words towards him, jinsoo still think of it as the way the brother loves him. any acts from yoonjin will never make jinsoo's love for him decreasing anyway. trained and growing up together for a long time eventually formed a bond of brothership between the two.

yoon jung han:

the kid who causes troubles most of the time is junghan. jinsoo admits that and he kindly accept the reality no matter how much he cares about him and want to get rid of that title from junghan's name. junghan is practically the one who doesn't listen to jinsoo the most, he moved by himself a lot, acts according to his own instinct, and somehow not realizing that things he does are silly enough to cause scandal. not exagerrating it, jinsoo admits that he's scared whenever he met junghan during the games. despite junghan is the ace, jinsoo is more afraid about the fact that he is going to fall for his charm and get betrayed later on.

jeon jae hyun:

being the leader means that jinsoo needs to be fair about everything in the group, including how he treats his brother. but somewhat jinsoo can be a little bit too care about jaehyun probably because he is the maknae everybody want to take care of. though jinsoo cares about him a lot, jaehyun is surprisingly the one who get scold by jinsoo he most because of his behavior. jinsoo likes to keep him at line so he acts proper and not being too spoiled thus annoys those people around him. in contrast, during the game jinsoo can't really showers him with affections because the thing jinsoo hates the most about him is the fact that jaehyun can betray someone easily. though sometime jinsoo can handle it with promising him something in return for his loyalty.

 

kang soo hyun: 

knowing him for quite a while now made jinsoo sure about something on him. due to their same role in the group, their extra similiarities in personality, in the way their members treat the leader, in the way they screams a lot, jinsoo considers him as his another half. though knowing the fact that soohyun is a real gay, and the fact that he is another giant beside yoonjin, junghan and jisoo, made jinsoo acts quite awkward around him, it rarely happen though. because most of the time, jinsoo doesn’t really has time to think about it because soohyun’s flaws concealed by the fact that soohyun is like a mirror for jinsoo.

choi byung hee:

jinsoo is actually likes him the most among the other olympian members. first because he is a sweet maknae, unlike the one his group have, and byunghee is quite social towards his circumstances. two, because he is adorably active and is a smart guy. byunghee is someone jinsoo wouldn’t mess up with since he knows that this little maknae is deadly when he use his intelligence to fight back. byunghee’s weirdo acts are tolerable for jinsoo, he kinda likes it and tends to thinks that he’s cute because he knows that his weirdness is the unique point of byunghee. overall, jinsoo and byunghee is in a good terms despite hadn’t really known each other for a long time.

jeon ji soo:

jisoo is jinsoo if the letter n from his name disappeared. just kidding, okay. so basically jisoo is someone jinsoo can make fun about because their wonderful names could be a fantastic tongue twister. but then, jinsoo hates it when he has to stand beside him because that kid is just a giant for him. Despite the , height gap and similiar name, jisoo is a good boy because basically he helps a lot with entertaining the viewers through his talking talent (is talking considered as talent? oh whatever), and the fact that he barely can run during running boys.

kwon hyun soo:

just like his first impression, jinsoo couldn’t really approach him at first. it took a few weeks for him to finally having the courage to act casual towards him. after getting close, jinsoo and hyunsoo surprisingly clicked well, more over since both of them have the same interest towards girlgroups. though their interactions are not so frequent since both of them often going on different teams during games, they still have the chemistry. they do a short cover of girlgroup dances a lot during the show, and basically this whiny diva is quite similiar to jinsoo who is a big scaredy cat and a total weakling.
