Who remembers?

A stroll down to memory lane

I'll tell you about my encounter to a whole new world called, Kpop! My encounter of kpop was odd. My first kpop song I heard was Wonder Girls 'Nobody' (i miss them *sigh), I heard from my cousin in Philippines and she was obssessed with it. When I learned the dance and showed it to her she she was so jelly of me, because she has been trying to learn. muahahah.

      "How did you learn it?"

Well if you wanna know, during Christmas parties and birthday parties there is always a performing events in the party. So my friends gathered and learned the dance. I wasn't suppose to dance with them, but I ended up coming. In the end, I didn't perform in Christmas because we couldn't go.

So in my friends birthday party  I performed. It took me one day to learn the dance, thanks to them. Ever since then, I saw my friend dance Miss A 'Bad girl good girl' and listen to Girls Generation. I liked the music, even though I didn't understand.

So I decided to search them up and their music. So in result, I became a crazy kpop person. My first girlgroup was Wonder Girls and my first boy group was Super Junior. My first girl bias was Sohee and my first boy biad was Eunhyuk (that anchovy).

So how did you guys encounter kpop and who was your first girl/boy biases?

My first korean drama I watch was, Shining Inheritance. Lee Seunggi was in it (Yoona's boyfriend) I didn't really like it, but I finished it anyways.

The first korean drama I actually ended up liking was Heartstrings. Even today watching ot makes me cry in sad parts :(

My first k-indie song I listened to was Happy Birthday Song by Yozoh. But first, who else listen to K-indie BTW? Well anyways, the song is great for just relaxing out in the porch drinking coffee or tea.

I like K-indie music actually, its very calming and soft. Which can put me to sleep, just like IU's song 'Peach'.

So the question is, What were your firsts?

Whew, it's gonna be a long list (or not)

Well, first hearing a kpop song was because of a TV commercial if I'm not wrong, and it was Wonder Girls' Nobody. Since then I became a quite a fan of Wonder Girls musics I ended up downloading and buying their music collections. Then, I got into Girls Generation's Into the New World their debut song since then I moved to SNSD.

Not that long after, I started watching several SNSD's variety shows ( I remembered how I watched Hello Baby for like... crazy girl finding her lost way). My first bias is Taeyeon ( I even used her as my role model for a presentation).

And then 2PM although I'm not really in stuck with them.
Oooh right! Then me and my friends were playing a game where we all listed kpop groups and I ended up winning since I knew too much.

It somehow ended up me being like this I guess, kpop really does have this magnetic effect, you got lured into it and you can't never get out of it, it's too addicting for me.

My first korean drama? I watched dramas since I was young, but the first one I recall was Goong. The first korean drama I ended up watching all over again was Boys Before Flowers.

My first K-Indie song was from Milktea I forgot what the song called but it was really nice! I really like Yozoh's Honey Honey Baby? I forgot the title, Lucite Tokki, but my favorite is Milktea. So I can say I do listen to K-Indie/? although it's not really much btw. ;)

Wow this takes me back...(I feel so old right now --'). Anyway...

Let's see. I first started listening to KPOP because of my sister. She'd heard it before because of a friend and decided to listen to it one day while we were on OnDemand. I was there with her (of course), so I had to listen too and I liked the songs. The first song we listened to was 5dolls' Like This or That, so I guess they were my first girl group. I think my first boy group was Big Bang (luv them ^^ VIP forever~). I listened to Tonight. I really don't even remember who my first girl/guy biases were...but I'm totally into it now! :)

The first K-drama I remember watching to the end was Personal Taste, which I LUVED! Totally addicted to K-dramas now by the way so any suggestions about what to watch? Anyway...

I'm not sure what K-indie or indie in general really is (i'm really sorry about that...) and I don't know if I've listened to it at all...but I do listen to IU (which has nothing to do with anything).

My first group was Wonder Girls too!!! Though I didn't like them very much >.< But they introduced me to DBSK <3<3<3 So my first bias was Jaejoong <3 And then SuJu debuted so then I fell in love with Sungmin. I didn't listen to girl groups, really, until SNSD debuted, and then I had my first girl bias with Jessica <3<3
My first drama was actually Paradise Ranch... I didn't watch any dramas until almost 4 years of being into Kpop!!! LOL. And I honestly still don't watch many...
And as for indie... I have a hard time knowing what is classified as Indie LOL >.< *slapped* But I like artists like JooYoung lol

I remember my first drama was You're Beautiful bcuz my best friend's sister was showing us pics of Lee Hongki. After that I thought he was pretty cute but instead of finding Hongki I had found SHINee. Then for a couple weeks I was obsessed with SHINee. Then was SJ,Snsd,DBSK and that's how i got into the kpop world :) and now im COMPLETELY crazy about kpop ^^"
