kris shenanigans

hi

i'm just going to state my opinion over this kris thing. whether you take it seriously or not is at your demise. so if you have no idea what's going on, kris basically has been rumoured to end his contract with sm. i'm extremely disappointed, as probably many of you are. and i'm extremely sad as well.

but i'm not surprised AT ALL and i'm partially glad he's considering the decision (don't kill me pls). instinct told me this was coming. it happened with hangeng and I guess kris is probably leaving for the same reason (violation of human rights etc. )

there are so many reasons NOT to be a kpop idol. we know how hard it can be, esp. under sm. the schedules are frkn vigorous. + people aren't really considerate of your health and it's super stressful. and at the end of the day, even though you have adoring fans and you look seemingly content with your life, you don't even get paid that much. (unless you're absolutely brilliant), but still the money has to get divided up to your members and the company and the people who work at the company.

so idol life isn't for everyone.

i remember reading this survey that said a majority of idols, if they had the chance, would rather live normally.

so i wholeheartedly support and accept kris' decision. and i hope you do too.

(don't kill me pls)

bye

( soz if i didn't make sense )

(My opinions regarding Kris)

It's not just that idol life isn't for everyone, but any normal human being being discriminated and handled like they're only a product would want to retaliate. I remember back in the Wolf era it was rumoured that Kris was leaving EXO, and it was later stated to be just a rumour. However, SM probably toned the media down in light of what actually went on between them; he may have tried to negotiate the then consensual contract.

But they ignored him and waved him off, just like they did to the ex-SM idols. With only one last hard choice left, it's to file a lawsuit against the enemy. It's not just about wanting to work with your colleagues, but standing up for your rights as a human being.

Anyway on a slightly different topic, Korean entertainment companies are evidently revealed to be dark and ambitious. In the end, it's all about the money and even if they're conscious of the fact that there will be consequences if situations and circumstances are not managed well - Money > everything and nothing will stop them. It's honestly sad because they will most likely never learn.

In conclusion, my support goes out to the truth. When the case gets solved and/or revealed, the evidence, truth and confessions will determine the judgement of the final verdict.

I'm in the same freaking boat. Right now, I'm more worried about the relationships Kris will have with s and his friends rather than whether or not he leaves SM and EXO. Everyone already knows how inhumane, unfair and ridiculously uncaring being inside an entertainment like SM can be, especially after the incident with Hangeng. Hopefully, things will sort out well in the end and the trust and friendship EXO share will continue to be the same (that's if they really are close to one another behind what we know). However, I'm not sure whether it's SM that's making the members unfollow Kris or not, as Baekhyun didn't. I know Baekhyun's still controlling his because instead of seeing the number of his followers go down, it went up when I refreshed by coincidence. Sad and worried too T^T
