Sadly it is true.
1. He filed a lawsuit against SMent to nullify his contract : CONFIRMED
2. His lawyer is the same one that helped Hangeng leave SJ: CONFIRMED
3. SMent and his lawyer have confirmed this.
4. Kris has also posted in his weibo account that he refuses to participate in their upcoming concerts and events.
5. Exo-M is in China right now, but Kris is in South Korea.

This really is hurtful and very much true.
