Actually, the problem with exo is not the exo it self. It was just as you know, some Exo's fans are a bit too fanatic, you know them as sasaeng. Actually, some of them aren't really sasaeng, they just a hardcore fans, yeah something like that. And the problem is those exostans are really nasty and even I an exostans don't know what to do with my fellow exostans. Yeah, it was something like that actually. So, the problem isn't about exo and infinite, the problem is their fans.

okay.. So back in 2013, on OGS Seoul concert, there were news that Woollim had merged with SM Ent's subsidiary company SM C&C which meant that overseas promotions would be handled by SM C&C.

that wasn't a good news for Inspirits and many conspiracy theories appeared out of nowhere (believe me it was a bit naasty that time) but in the end, Woollim and SM C&C did merge and it resulted in Tasty joining SM Town Beijing (i am not so sure of the place yikes).

Apparently Woollim stans are not really taking the news well as they feared that their idols (namely Infinite) would receive black ocean when they join SM Town concerts

enter 2014 and then they released a collab unit ToHeart which was suppossedly WOohyun and Key's idea just for fun but Woollim took it seriously and they did debut as a collab group. Now the two fandoms were a mix of delighted and sad about this collab. Shawols did support Key although Inspirits would want Woohyun to debut with Sunggyu as a sub unit.so there were issues os Inspirits hating and trolling on Key. (but they are best friends T.T they just wanted to perform together ~ hahaha )

After toheart debuted i have a few Shawol friends who got into Infinite and some inspirits to actually like the idea of the collab group (and for a Shinfinite shipper, we were very glad it could happen).

With EXO stans, i am not sure what their issue is with Infinite but there have been many cases where immature (not all and not in general) fans are hating on toher artists and their fandoms. Maybe her case is due to her insecurity, as we all know, Infinite is really making a scene in the kpop world so to speak. there were a few EXO stans that i met who hated Super Junior because they were too old or SHINee because they though EXO is better in dancing, SJM for 'copying' SWING MV and the list goes on and on..

so that problem on hating is not on the fandom itself but on the members of it that only sees their Idol as the best and no one else ...

An Exo fan became an Infinite hater because of something some Inspirits did to Key or something like that .___. She's no fan in my opinion, why would she let a bunch of fans make her hate a group? That's just petty and childish behavior if you ask me -__- But anywho: Infinite's company made a merger thing with SM and that's why some fans are upset at the idea. I don't see anything wrong with it personally.
