#prayforsouthkorea vs. my thoughts.

im blogging too much lol.

im so done after this don't worry but,

don't get me wrong

my prayers and hopes are sent to those who have died/are missing in south korea.

BUUUUTTTTT,

im really getting pissed off that es are telling me on facebook that im a bad kpop fan or "insensitive" for not posting the prayforsouthkorea sign as my profile picture or sending around a prayer chain letter.

like it just pisses me off in general that the kpop fans im around just revolve their lives around only south korea.

I know, it's tragic and i'm totally not saying it's a cause that shouldn't be cared for

but, these girls i'm around are so busy of being scared that their favorite idol is gunna die or their dream destination is going to be destroy

when at the end of the day, there are so many young women, young children as young as even three years old who are dying because of slavery here in the ing united states and , it's everywhere but, why can't we pray for them too?

why can't we take some time for them?

i just don't understand why they get mad at me when i say that.

if you're not going to support and promote other causes besides the one that make you live up to your "asian-ness" then please just shut up.

prayforeveryone.

the world is a cruel place.

but, just cause the case might not be politically scandalous or in the media doesn't mean it shouldn't be seen or loved for as well.

Me (and Sehun) has it as our instagram dp. Just saying.

But I agree with you completely. Problems are happening everywhere, not just South Korea. It's just the people see the SK issue as the worse that's happened(ing)

right they're so quick to say #prayforsouthkorea but what about #bringoursistersback ? oh right they don't care because they're african and not korean. like these girls were literally kidnapped for trying to persue an education, something all of them are granted and they still care about a ship sinking. what about flight 370?? what about the phillipines?? what about the japanese nuclear plant?
everyone's so quick to jump on pray for south korea bc they think it'll make oppa notice them but tbh i haven't heard/seen one kpop star doing anything for the cause??

#Pray for everyone; including the earth
It's sure a cruel world, a place everyone's realistic, to them, all they care is their idols, not being offensive, the idols aren't their brothers or sisters, yes of course, when they got into some accident we'll grieve .but then, the people around us are important too. Not like as though those people are transparent. We exists. People exists.especially those who are in poor conditions, we shouldpray for them most. Having tortured like that while we have a good life ,seriously? Anyway, ima just #prayforeveryoneonearthw

Ahahaha I'm going to sound like an insensitive jerk but whatever.

Anyway. sure a lot of people died. yes, the incident was tragic. Hundreds of highschoolers-- the same age as you and me-- died. It's sad and upsetted the country. But then people made a mountain out of a molehill for it. There was the Chile earthquake that happened at exactly the same time but did anyone give 2 s?

No.

The newspapers, news programmes and news website's headline news was the Sewol incident.

Yes hundreds die. Yes it is indeed sad. Yes it is tragic.

But life moves on. You cannot expect others to suffer just because you are. You cannot expect is to properly grieve and mourn people we don't even know the names of.

Whoever your friends are, they obviously need to spend more time in the real world.

Urgh.
