Personality: (+) – Aerri is a very sympathetic person. She always lends a shoulder to cry on, and loves giving out advice. If she didn’t join Royal League she would’ve been a therapist or mental health counsellor. Because she can sympathize with people, she can look at things from diferent perspectives, and is usually very open-minded. She is generous because she grew up with more than enough (Her family was in the upper-middle class). Aerri gets gifts, food, water, jewellery, and clothes from her parents so she gives away the extras to other people. She always liked simple things. Because she is sympathetic, she doesn’t judge a person until she knows them. She is usually a quiet girl, but she loves to laugh with her friends. She is very motherly and protective over her friends and loved ones. If you mess with one of her girls (or boys) then she’s out to get you. When people first meet her she doesn’t talk to them much, but she’s polite. After you get to know her you find that you can trust her. Aerri is a quiet girl when she’s around strangers, but she likes to share her opinion with people she can trust.

It seems that she’s rarely passionate about anything enough to commit to it. The only exceptions are singing and dancing, along with a few other choice hobbies. She is always changing her mind. Because a lot about what she likes and dislikes changes, her friends have to be very wary not to upset her. They communicate a lot, and Aerri can be a little clingy, asking where they are and if they’ve eaten. Usually people don’t mind her motherly ways, but sometimes it gets a little annoying.

Background: Born at the end of summer, her parents were overjoyed to have a daughter. They had planned and decorated the nursery for months, buying her a bunch of toys and clothes. However, her dad left them when she was three. She can’t really remember much, but she knows that there was financial problem. Later she found out that coincidentally, it happened a few months after he lost his job. Aerri’s mother Eunsook married another man two years later. At that time his wife had died four years earlier in a car crash. Tho years later Ahreum was born in January 1999. In 2001, Ahjoon was born.  She started taking ballet when she was six, and when Ahreum were born they had to cancel her classes. She was very angry and didn’t like her sister much. Aerri warmed up to her however, when she had to take care of her often. Aerri loved taking care of Ahjoon because she was accustomed to kids. When she was nine she started hip hop. Her step-father had a promotion and their family got more money. A year later she started taking contemporary. When she was eleven she started figure skating.
Aerri had heard of SM from her friends older sister, who was a trainee. She practiced with her dance teacher and auditioned when she was fourteen, in 2007. She was rejected because she was too young and un-coordinated. The next year she auditioned for Jungle.  She auditioned in 2008, 2009, and lastly 2010, when she was finally accepted. This is one of the only things she was persistent as. She started taking vocal classes halfway through 2009, to help pass her audition..  

 

 

Eventually she made it. She started training when she was seventeen. She was older than most trainees. Aerri worked hard and made it into the classes of her age group after a year. She quit figure skating classes because they took up too much time. However, she still loves to figure skate. She was supposed to debut with four other girls in June 2013 as the girl group Princess, with a chic and cute concept. The group was cancelled in November for unknown reasons. Aerri trained harder and after four years of trainee life, and now she is going to debut with Royal League! She was ecstatic when she got the news and went out with her friends. Her trainee life was pretty hard, juggling school and training. But as this was one of the few things she was passionate about, she worked harder. She had a wide circle of friends because she offered advice and a shoulder to cry on to just about anybody, no matter what their problems were. She dated a trainee for a few months, but they broke up because of the pressure and work coming from Princess’ debut.

However, he always has everyone’s needs in mind. He’s polite and won’t outright tell a girl he doesn’t like her, but break it to her in a funny way (not exactly rude). Key is known for being a diva. If he wants to be in charge, he is. If he wants something, he gets it. He’s a big fashionista and is friends with a fashion designer in London.
Key can be kind of arrogant sometimes, but only when he knows he’s good. He is a very hard-working person. Key enjoys having the spotlight. He likes attention and he craves it. He likes to show off his talents, which is what might make him look arrogant. Key isn’t exactly lazy, and he works towards his goals. He doesn’t believe in people who have everything handed to them on a silver platter. Key is not afraid to tell someone what he thinks, but he doesn’t want to hurt their feelings too much. Key can be quite blunt sometimes, and he appears arrogant. Although he is arrogant, it’s more of a confidence that he doesn’t know how to express any other way. He can be kind of bossy if you put him in charge. He’s very sharp and strict and doesn’t believe in slacking off (on the job). He likes to joke around though. How you met:  Their manager was late to pick them up from a show, because he/she was stuck in traffic. Backstage, Aerri was sketching a rose. She was bored and had nothing to do. She couldn’t get the angles right, however, and was really frustrated. SHINee was also on the same show. Key asked her if she needed help drawing. He showed her how to draw the rose and then left. The Royal League manager arrived soon. They weren’t really in love, and neither had a crush on the other, but Aerri was really interested in getting to know him better.

 

 

How you guys interact around each other: Around Key, Aerri tries to act mature and sophisticated. She tries not to make a fool out of herself. They do joke around. Both of them take care of their groups, so they connect through that. They have a common interest in drawing, a hobby Aerri has kept for a few months now. She tries to be charismatic and confident, but she can’t find anything to say. Luckily Key usually started conversations and she just replies. Then he does, and then she does, and so on. She admits that she thinks he is good-looking and seems like a fun person. She wants to get to know him better. Aerri really likes Key’s hand (they’re really pretty) and has a habit of playing with them. One of the reasons she hasn’t quit drawing and reverted back to painting is because she wants to keep talking to him.

Key tries to act friendly around Aerri. It isn’t really a crush yet, just curiosity. He tries not to be too snarky or arrogant, but it slips a little. He apologizes, but makes up for it with humor and kindness. They like to exchange recipes or share tips on how to control the members. Sometimes he offers to help her with drawing, which is a really calming and bonding thing. Aerri teaches Key about abtract painting sometimes, and he really likes her paintings. Sometimes they’ll just sit side-by-side, Aerri painting and Kibum drawing, not talking. Key likes spending time with Aerri because she doesn’t make rude or inappropriate comments and it calms him down.
