She is a quiet person not because she is really shy but because she is not good with words. She would rather say nothing than say something she is not suppose to. She speaks when she needs to but she is not the type to make an immidiate comeback. What she cant express through taking she manages to do through how much effort and emotion she puts in to every preformance. She wants to make sure that she is perfect or else she thinks she is failing her fans. If she makes the smallest mistake on stage she will rollup in a banket and cry or lock herself in the practice room until she is exhausted. She is used to dealing with things alone so she won t let others see her cry. She hates burdening others with her emotions and would rather hide her emotions than show how hurt/sad/depressed she is. She hides it rather well but there are moments when she gets really depressed and then she will hug someone or thing until she feels better. She doesnt get mad easily so many people wonder what she is ike when she is mad.
No matter how many other people tell her how well she sings or how well she plays an instrumment the first thing that comes out in a responce to a complement is "*insert name* is better than me" She never understands why people like her so she cherishes everyone she is close to. She was born into a normal house hold that was middle class, they werent rich but they did have some extra spending money. Her mother first enrolled her in violin class because a ot of the other moms were and she wanted Chaerin to learn an extra skill. In the class Chaerin excelled faster than the others and the teachers thought that she had natural music talent. Due to constant teacher praising she suffered from small amounts of bullying. It was never anything big but it did hurt her self confidence quite a bit. In middle school she started taking guitar lessons and vocal lessons because she wanted to try different areas of music. By then she also started writing song lyrics to express some of her feelings. Within a year she had a full notebook of lyrics. In high school she applied for a very top boarding school and there she learned to cook and take care of herself. Nearing graduation some of her friends sent off her songs to the sm audition without telling her. When she found out that they wanted to recuit her as a composer and lyricist she didnt think she was good enough but she took the job after graduation because she didnt know what else she wanted to do. After one year of working in sm as a lyricist and composer she became quite wellknown in the company as being very talented young person.
In the company she had a lot of fun making songs but she felt that sometimes she would rather be on stage preforming her songs. She knew that she couldnt be part of the sm idols because she couldnt dance and by now it was too late to train.She held some small preformances at some local bars and had made herself a small fangroup. She was so happy because she could see people enjoyed her music although she didnt know if she deserved it. One of the scouters for Seoul Rudiments watched her preformance and they signed her up at the spot. She quit sm and was really happy that she would get a chance to preform infront of a large pool of people.

Around the others she talks more (still very little) and since she is mature some of the ones older than her might rely on her even without noticing it. If someone is unwell she will head out to buy them medicine. If they are hungry she will grab the apron and start cooking even if she is dead tired because she knows everyone is just as tired. Even if it isnt her turn to cook she will help wash the dishes. She would be theperson to get into the least amount of arguments with the others because she isnt the tye of perto get mad over small things. she will just smile and move the topic along to a brighter topic.
If there is no shecdule for the day she would most likely have a quiet day at the dorms than go out for shopping. She would get out her notebook to write songs or go to the studio for extra practice time. She might aso go to the studio to practice her piano skills so she can earn more instruments. If she does go out she will be with one or more of the other girls.

Their first meeting was at the Sm building. She was in the practice room because she was in the middle of song writing and needed to play the chords for the beginging. He had just finished dance rehersal and had the rest of the day off on his way out he heard guitar playing come from one of the rooms and he went and saw her playing the guitar. He went in and she was very surprised after the two of them stared at each other for what seemed like an eternity he suddenly left. She was really surprised and had no idea what had happened but she did think he was handsome. She had just started again when he showed up and he brought his guitar with him. He wanted to play with her and she was so surprised she agreed. Some people say that the music someone makes says more about them than anthing else can and that is how these two bonded very quickly after two hours they were very close. It was like they were two pieces of a puzzle that fitted together perfectly. When shes talking with him she speaks more because she feels that she doesnt have to think of the right thing to say around him.
