What is a Layout?

I have a weird but true question about Layouts?

What are Layouts and what does it do? 

Does it help you with things... like... uh....

covers or something???

 

THIS QUESTION is NOTT related to the Layouts,

but how do you guys make the covers of your

stories? Is there apps, paying? No paying?

Do you guys HAVE TO download it. ????????

 

It really makes me mad sometimes because 

I REALLY DOOOOOO WANT TO DO A COVER

FOR MY STORY, "I Used To Like You.

PLEAZZZZZZZEEEEZZZ!!!!!?!

 

Help me!!!! Pleasseee ahhhaaa!!?!?!??!?!?!!!!

i think you mean with the story cover is story poster, dear :D
if you want to make it yourself, you can use photoshop
but if you are not really good at editing pictures, you can go to the poster shop on here
just type down 'postershop' on the tag search and request from the shop :D

You mean those html layouts? It's for design like if you want your story to look nicely written, you code it or you can choose a layout from any layout graphic shop~!
And for cover a.k.a you mean story poster?
You can use GIMP which is free for download. For photoshop, you have to pay it. You can use it free though but it's only for trial up to 30 days. ^^
