The gangster group are divided by 3 large influential mafia group that rules the whole seoul. Each group has different influence and strength. They are always the main target of police but somehow manage to slip out of the police grip sometimes.

They do not trust any other people except their own group members. However, they are very caring towards each other.

This group is considered to be the wealthiest gangster out of the four. They do not do anything but to pay other people to do their dirty job. They are extremely cunning and unpredictable. Most of their members are considered to be wealthy.

Milson had always been the ones that stay in the shadow, observing other people instead of taking actions. They are extremely smart and talented in different aspects. Only the special people can enter Milson group. They have wide connection and technological abilities. Their most common crime is hacking which made them very dangerous as they could obtain secrets easily behind computer screen.

POLICE
Police are like the normal police. Enforcing the law to citizens to create peace within nation. However, these police are specialised in just one task: To keep an eye and arrest the 43powerful gangsters of Seoul. These police are divided into 3 squads with different purposes.
SQUAD 1: In charge of attacking and dangerous weaponry. They are extremely strong and have high stamina and endurance. They are always seen to be fighting against the gangsters.

SQUAD 2: This group is in charge at the back room where they work with computers and telecommunication devices. They are always pinpointing the destinations of the gangsters and work great with 'calm' jobs.

SQUAD 3: The last group is the undercover squad. They are everywhere, they blend in to the normal citizens to find gangsters and arrest them spontaneously (if the gangsters are extremely off guard). Sometimes, they disguise themselves as gangsters and betray them when the time comes.
