How can I unfreeze my Weibo account?

I login To my weibo account last night after not using it for a while. I discoverde that it needs to be registered with Mobile phone  # in china. But I live in Philippines so I don't have a Mobile phone # in China.. :"( ... Eotteokke?? :""<
