Amol, kenapa? Kalo pengen cerita2 boleh loh PM kaka :)
If everything feels so hard on you, take a break for a while.
Give some time for yourself, maybe few hours or so.
When you have so many problems, please push button 'pause' in your mind.
Your problems aren't necessarily following you to also stop there.
But still, give yourself a rest for a while.
Play good music that you love, take a breathe in refreshing and peaceful surrounding, maybe like a garden? Watch comedy movies, etc.
Calm yourself until you feel relieved then think about it again with a different mind.
If you can, surround yourself with positive people :)
It's good that you seek support from others :D
