Nonconforming. Xue rarely, if ever, acts how everyone else does. She is distinctly herself and she would never want to be anyone but herself. When someone suggests fro her to be more ----, she denies them, saying that she'll be what she wants. Creative. The reason behind her status as composer; Xue's mind is always thinking outside of the box. She likes expressing herself, and she hates the norm. Her drive for difference is astounding to many people. Curious. She likes knowing things, like her sister, but for a completely different reason. While Hweji wants to know things for the sake of intellectual advancement, Xue wants to know things so that she's not left out and so she can do more with her creativity.

Idealistic. She tends to want everything to be perfect--she isn't a perfectionist, she just likes imagining that everything is perfect and that there is no bad. This is also a flaw; she cannot be reasoned with. Different. Xue has always known that she's different. The way she acts, the things she does, her interests, her behavior all points to that. Xue has never been one to follow trends or fads. She does what she wants. She sets her own trends. Xue will sometime spit out the weirdest and most random things. It's a charm, yes, but a lot of people call her strange because of it. That being said, she is kind of shameless--if it embarasses her, she'll do it anyways. To prove the point that she doesn't care.

Opinionated. She thinks what she thinks, don't try to convince her otherwise. She tends to thing that everyone else is wrong and that she's right. Xue will often crtisize others on their beliefs, likes, interests, despite how much she hates being judged. So, yes, she is quite set in her ways. Noncompetitive. Jealousy, competitions, all of that stuff has never been a ig deal to her. Winning and losing doesn't matter. As long as she got to participate, she's happy. She knows very well that she is the best, at least in her mind, so she needs no reassurance from a material medal. She is confident in her looks, even without her sisters help. If anything, she finds her sisters modesty to be annoying.

Messy. She is just never clean. Maybe it's her eccentric, creative side. But her room relly looks liek a child's, in that respect. Strange sense of humor. She laughs at a lot of things, okay? Even if it's not funny. Strange. She's into things that most girls and people have no interest in. Reptiles, dirt, videogames, you name it. Xue probably has tried her hand in it. This is why the other members call her Oppa.

Born a twin to her sister, Xue Zi, she has always been loved and adored. At least, by her family. Others weren't nearly as kind. Everyone used to talk about how weird Xue is in comparison to the rest of her family. They favored Xue Zi as she was always the "normal" one. Cruel comments came often, and she learned at a young age that people are mean and that she should just be herself. She never turned into someone she's not. She stayed herself, even when her sister changed. 

Xue always did things that oters wouldn't dare to try. She was rebellious, different, and exciting. Xue liked to try new things. One of those things was idolism. AFter convincing her sister to try too, the two attended an international casting, and were accepted. Training wasn't easy, no, but Xue found it fun. She liked the fact that she was dling something that a bunch of people would never get to try...ever.

Short-tempered. Xiumin seems calm, yes, but he actually has quite the temper. When he's upset, he can't control his actions and often blows off the handle. He'll scream, disagree, put blame on others, etc. In general, Xiumin may seem like a collected person, but he isn't one to let his feelings be stored inside. Expression is best, after all. Extroverted. Xiumin isn't afraid to express himself. He likes playing around, he likes making jokes, acting crazy. Again, Xiumin seems shy, but he's actually quite exciteable. Hardworking. No matter the project or challenge, Xiumin always puts in all of his effort to achieve his goal. Even if it means overexerting himself.

Careless. Xiumin often acts carelssly and without thought. Which is why he can hurt people without trying. He doesn't focus too much on small things, which is why he often misses the big picture. Emotional. He has a lot of feelings. LOL

Xiumin and Luhan are good friends, that's a well known fact. So when Luhan began to rant on and on about a new Chinese trainee he met, Xiumin listened. The descriptions of her, the constant mentionings of her, etc, all contributed to one tragic event. Xiumin fell in love with the same girl as Luhan. He never told Luhan, as he was afraid of upsetting his friend. But his love only grew when he met her. Luhan insisted that maybe Xiumin could get with her twin, who didn't seem interested in the least bit. In fact, she was only interested in Luhan. Xue, however, had no interest in Luhan. She doesn't like someone who's so popular. And so, somehow, the four of them became wrapped in a love "square".
