Pet peeve about fanfiction writers...

I can't be the only one who gets semi-annoyed when I see a fanfiction with original characters with non-Korean names. What? What are you doing? NOOOOO.

Example(s):
During a concert, Emily and Sehun's eyes lock. Her heart stops. Sehun loves her.
Christina is a huge Yunho fan, she'll follow him wherever he goes.
At a coffee shop, Vanessa spots Kyungsoo. "OPPA!" she screams.

Like, nooooo. Don't use non-Korean names when you're making original characters, it sounds REALLY stupid.

Well if the character is a foreigner then I'd have no problems with it or of Korean/American heritage then that's okay with me ^^ However, you really don't see a whole lot of full blood Koreans named 'Vanessa' or 'Emily' O_O That is kind of odd then I suppose.

I'm not veeery bothered by it, it just has to fit. A name that is not immediately recognized as American or idk any other origin. Eg: Angel or May (my OC's xD)
