Easy korean dish to make. { MUSHROOM RAMEN }

        mushroom ramen

I don't where you guys are living but for me, I'm living in a town where there is not korean food to buy. It's very different from our western food so these ingredients are very specials and hard to find out. There are in Paris, but I don't have time to go there and buy them every week, moreover it is kind expensive due to the fact they are uncommon. So I've been watching tv, (Arirang for those who know to know) and there was a cooking show. There were two dishes, one very very very very spicy, not for me. And a simply one that everyone can do and that after taking notes I wanted to shared.

All you need is :

10g of carrot cut into thin strips

1 leek cut into thin slice

If you like it spicy, 1 red chilli cut like the leek

mushroom : 2 chitakee, cut into thin strips

500ml of water

1 egg

A pan

AAAAAAND something that we can all find... A ramen sachet (you mean like this ***) !!

What do you do with that ?!

Put your pan of the fire with the water in it. Then cut all your vegetables in a thin way (leek, carrot, mushroom /and chilli). Put your ramen in the water, wait it to be more softened and then put the vegetables too and let it be warm.

In a big bowl, pour first the water, then your noodles, vegetables over it and cherry on the top, put only an round egg yolk. Make it look more korean maybe arranged like that or that. AND THAT'S IT ! EAT WELL !
