My Life

History: Jaehyun grew up around a lot of technology. He and his siblings were required to learn everything about engineering at an early age, because their father wanted his children to get a head start on their careers. So, Jaehyun and the ithers were able to get jobs earlier than some children their own ages becoasue of their dad's teachings. Also, because of his father's strict behavior towards Jaesun Namhyun, and Jaehyun, the trio wasn't able to play with other children.

Even though Jaehyun lives in the fifth richest district, he still went out hunting with his brother, Namhyun and his father just in case the district were to go into poverty. He has learned how to do the basics in order to survive, such as, make fire, find food, and make traps for their prey. The two would sometimes stay in the woods for a time frame of a week or two. And sometimes if their parents approved, the duo would go out for an extra week.

Two years ago, when Jaehyun was 16 at the reaping, he was reaped to go to Capitol. But before he could even take a step, Namhyun volunteered to fight in his younger brother's place. Jaehyun thought he was stupid for making that decision. And along with Namhyun, his longtime friend, Hana was reaped for the girls. He thought his day couldn't get any worse now that his two best friends are going to battle. He knew the two were going to die sooner or later. And they did. Hana died in the Cornucopia blood bath by having slashed with a sickle, being the fifth one to die and his brother also died in the blood bath by being peirced in the heart with a sword, being the eighth one to die. But he did kill at least two people. Jaehyun vowed to never in his life do what Namhyun did. He wasn't going to be stupid. Boy, was he wrong.

Two years later, at the reaping, a twelve year old boy was reaped. he felt sorry for the boy because he was crying and he didn't want the possibility of the boy dying so fast, so, he volunteered. Something he vowed to never do.
Personality: Jaehyung is a man who keeps his cool. He doesn't like to get too excited for a lot of things and he doesn't show much emotion most of the time. He tends to not care about many things and likes to go with the flow. Jaehyung just likes to live life and let things happen naturally. And because of his calm nature, he is also a peaceful person. If you leave him alone, he will leave you alone. Now if you were to annoy him, he doesn't mind threatning you in a peacful manner, which is rather intimidating because he doesn't bluff. He will kill when he says he will kill and he holds that promise. but other than that,  Jaehyun doesn't bother anyone and he is usually in his own little world.

Another thing, Jaehyun will tell it like it is. If you ask for his opinion, he will tell you straight up and with ease. If he has a problem, he will state it. If he feels as if something is wrong or if something is out of order, he will be honest. He doesn't like beathing around the bush, so most likely, he will just come out and say it. Jaehyun also doesnt like it when people beat around the bush either. if you have something to say, then say it. Don't procrastinate or try tomake time fly by. Just say it! it is only fair for you to be blunt towards Jaehyun if he is also blunt towards you.

Also, Jaehyun has a clever, strategic mind, which he uses to get himself out of trouble if he needs too. He can outsmart anyone if they are wrong. With this trait, he gets scolded alot because he is often found being a smart of some sort and correcting people when they know they are in the wrong. And with this, comes scarcasm. Oh yes, this particular one does get him in trouble a lot. But he defends himself using smooth, clever phrases and common sense with a touch of reverse psychology, he is good to go and free from consequences.

He can also use his brain to analyze any problem he comes across. All he thinks about is strategy and what he can do to defend himself or create some type of distraction to kill time for himself, but sometimes, he may think a bit too hard. Depending on how you see it, this trait may be a strength as well as a weakness. Sometimes he gets too wrapped up in thinking he probably won't see whats coming. Then again, there is a chance that he might sense if ther is something wrong in his presence.

​If volunteered, why: He wanted to avenge his brother, who was reaped three years ago and died in the Cornucopia blood bath. Also, there was a little child who was reaped. He felt the boy deserved to live a bit longer, so he took his place.
Family's Reaction:  Of course Jaehyun's parents were angry. And his little sister was sad. His father though he was stupid for risking his life. they were thinking that he too was going to be one of the first ones to die in the blood bathCornucopia.

Training

What do you do during public training: He works on his muscle training. He wants to be strong enough to be at least the last five or three tributes standing. He also does a bit of weapon training as well so that he can better his weaponry skills.  
What do you do during private training:  He works on what he knows best: his trap-making skills and as well as his weaknesses, which is his upper body strength. He focuses mainly on how to perfect a trap by trying to make it invisible to the human eye and he wants to stay well hidden so thast the other tributes won't notice or spot him.

How do you act during the interview:  Jaehyun acts like he doesn't really too much care about the games. He doesn't try to be funny, so he is straight foward and to the point. Jaehyun acts as natural as possible and just goes with the flow. He takes the questions he is being given and answres them truthfully, because he has nothing to hide. He adds a bit of his smoothness and cleverness as well.

Do you fight at the Cornucopia or run away: He goes to the Cornucopia to grab his weapons then runs away unless someone stops him. Then he will do what ever it takes to kill that person.
What is your strategy in the games: Make allies but while he is making allies, he obverves them just in case they do some backstabbing type of thing and he wil know their weaknesses.

Hide, he can't climb, but he can blend in with the wilderness. He will attempt to use this frequently when sneaking in on his opponent.

Build Traps. That is the number one thing he will do. He will make as many traps as he could over the map of South Korea, then he will go for the kill.
