Minhee has always been happy. That's just how she is. From the moment she wakes up to when she goes to sleep, she's always smiling, always happy. Why? Simple--Minhee doesn't see a reason not to be happy. In fact that seems foolish to her. She lives a good life; with a loving family and plenty of material things to satisfy her. There are people much less fortunate than her--people who don't get to be happy because they're distressed and they live in poverty. That being said, Minhee is always grateful for what she has.

Minhee's parents are middle class people who work all day and come home late at night--they provide everything for her and give her tons of love as well. But because they had to work all the time, the kids (her and her younger sister) were left with their grandmother. Grandmother Song never liked Minhee--she thought that she was bad luck and would even spit on the girl at times. Despite how much she cared for the old woman, and all of the help she gave her, she still acted cruelly towards the young girl. Which is why Minhee tries so hard to be nice all the time and to be happy--that way, maybe, she'll be able to influence others as well.

Grandmother Song's cruelty towards Minhee is also why she tends to be slightly afraid of the elderly.

Minhee posesses the following traits: Happy, caring, helpful, naive, curious, adventurous, dreamer, positive, harsh, selfish.

As was previously mentioned, Minhee is always happy. Her smile alone can brighten up anyones day. She looks at life like a blank canvas that she plans to paint brigth colors every day. She's never one to look at the cons, and instead will focus compltely on the pros. Even in a disastrous situation, Minhee will be the one to look on the bright side. She'll cheer everyone and anyone up and get the ready to try once again. She's also the kind of person that's always willing to give a helping hand to anyone that needs it. She frequently helps out at shelters and donates money quite often as well. She's the kind of person that would help an old woman across the street. That being said, she's also a bit ignorant. She likes to block out all of the negatives and pretend as if they don't even exist--but they do. Minhee will ignore these problems which leads to greater problems in the future. Her innocence, by the way, makes her naive. Curious, adventurous, and a dreamer, she's always the one to start a journey and look fro the fun in life. Even the smalles things excite her and make her want to explore.

PERSONALITY. Baekhun is that incredibly hot, eye-liner wearing boy that you see on TV. You know, the one you fantasize about but know you can never have. He's charming, flirtatious, and oh-so-sassy. Sarcasm is literally his middle name. He uses it like a weapon, and his witty comments will make you feel like an idiot. Baekhyun has a habit of belittling people, but, in reality, he's just a bit picky. He, too, dreams of perfection. A perfect girl, a perfect life. That being said, he isn't afraid to fight for those things--even if it means hurting people in the process.

MEETING. Being that Byun Baekhyun is the son of one of the richest families in Korea, it was only customary that he is tied to the monarchy. Just like they are public symbols, he is. But for two different reasons. At the welcoming party for the princesses, Baekhyun sweeps Minhee away from the young man that was courting her and dances with her. He wos her with his sweet talk, and then, he ruins everything by dishing out a plate of sarcasm and a rather cruel comment. Minhee reacts by pouring champagne on his head, naturally. After that, the two are like cat and dog, always arguing. More like cute bickering. Somehow, whenever the palace has official events, the two always end up being paired. Eventually, they begin to rely on each other. Baekhyun looks to Minhee to relieve the stress that comes with being a heir, and Minhee looks to Baekhyun for advice on how to deal with being a princess. Like that, they grow to love each other.
