Lol can I just say a big "F U" to Korea Times and their ty service?

My friends and I (4 of us to be exact) woke up at like 9-9:30 ish this morning (PST time) and was ready to buy tickets, we woke up early with the mindset that we'll get good tickets. Before 10, I was checking Korean Music Fest. facebook page and saw that they has announced something. They said that they've improved their servers (upgrade) it so that it will not crash like few years ago. I was happy to hear this because that stupid site ALWAYS lag or crash, or worse, both.

So 10 comes around and we all refreshed the pages so that we could buy the tickets, we were aiming for Garden Box and we said that whoever gets the best box will put in the credit card info to buy the tickets ($700). Unfortunately, KMF lied because that stupid server died on me and one of my friend, it took a while for us to get in, but by that time, one of our friend already bought tickets. Seriously, if you asked me, I say Korea Times DOWNGRADED their stupid server instead of upgrading it. It crashed right after my friend bought the tickets and print out the receipt. It didn't get back up completely until around almost 1 PM.

I thought we were lucky to be able to get tickets before that thing crashed, but nope, guess what? They didn't process it and is still processing, But since they are processing, they freeze the money ($700) in my friend's bank account, so now we don't even know if we for sure have those tickets because some people have said that the years before, they would do double transaction by accident and then they would refund the money and resell those tickets.

I seriously would be angry if they pull that on me. We bought those tickets first and got a receipt so unless they want 4 angry girls showing up at their LA office on Monday with like knives, they better process the transaction correctly.

Korea Times, get some better ing service. Your online system obviously , your stupid phone lines are always clogged (yes the phone line crashed too) and your line up is the only thing that's tolerable. This year is the worst year ever regarding the tickets issues. Next year I'm gonna camp out in line to buy my tickets. -___________-

Seriously, If I can't get Garden Box, I ain't gonna go, Terrace , it's way too far, I can't see from there. And if I can't go, Korea times is gonna face my wrath.
