personality | Aeri is a cheerful and humorous girl. She is also very creative and imaginative girl. She likes to imagine about anything. She’s often act cute. She is totally loves Fairytale and she believes that fairies are real and she was one of them. It makes her loves nature and outdoor activities. She is a healthy freak and animal lover. She is always do sports every morning and she stopped herself from eat too much meat. She will not touch alcohol drinks except in she must have one. She likes to do everything with her own way and sometimes it makes her looks rebellious. She is not childish, but naive. Sometimes it makes her fooled by people. She has a big confidence of herself. She often acts dorky and randomly because she believes that people should show their feeling. She is a bad liar. She often said something without thinking. She loves to laugh and when she is laughing, people will laugh with her. She is a drama queen and easy to get panic. Aeri is such an ambitious and optimistic person. She will not satisfy on something until she gets what she wants. That’s how she passed her hard times. When people are losing their faith on something, she will be the one who cheer them up. She will not say sorry if she knew that she’s right. She is also a little spiteful. She is hard to forgive someone, especially when it hurt her so much. When she’s angry on someone, she will tell them about her feeling without thinking about their feeling. In some case, people will misunderstanding her and think that she is selfish. She is independent and she hates to ask for help. She has a lot of fears. She afraid of clown, balloon, ghosts, thunder, dark, bugs, and storm. She is sensitive and very easy to cry. In the group, Aeri always acts like a mother. She takes care of other members and listens to their stories. She always put other members above her. She will do everything for them.

background | Aeri was born in Busan, South Korea. She has an older sister named Jang Hyori that 3 years older than her. Her father is a head of school and her mother is a housewife. Her parents (specially her father) are not support her to join the entertaining business. But, she rebel them and decides to prove on them that she could be an idol. Sometimes, her parents are underestimating her because Aeri is not as smart as Hyori.

She joined the company when she was 12. At the time, she passed an audition by JYP Entertainment. To move to Seoul, she must have a big fight with her father. Her father said that he will not cost any Won for her if she leaves the house. But, she took the risk and moved to Seoul. 2 years later, she moved to SM Entertainment. She is easy to make a friend with people and she has a lot of friends. She is one of the most diligent trainees. She always comes to have a practice earlier and home the last.

At the dorm, she is a roommate of the ZERO’s Vice Leader. She has a pomsky dog named Baro. Aeri attend the Seoul Performing Art High School. She is GOT7 Youngjae’s classmate. She is also Sehun’s hoobae.
