This one's a little old, but one of my all time favorites is My Girlfriend Is A Gumiho (nine tailed fox) with Lee Seunggi and Shin Minah. I also liked Good Doctor and Dream High 1!
Shut Up Flower Boy Band (or Shut Up And Lets Go, as its also titled) is REALLY GOODDD!! Good plot and its funny and serious and sad and happy and bittersweet. Plus the actors are hotttt
Boys Over flowers is always a classic.
To The Beautiful You (with Minho from SHINee and Sulli from f(x)) is so cute! And Sulli is damn fine as a boy xD its adapted from the manga Hana Kimi
My fav dramas are "Panda and Hedgehog" (it's partly because of Hae, but I really like this drama because of story plot and others characters,and their relations, not only Hae ;)), "Go go alien and Hallyu star" (This one probably u know, it's also known as "You came from the stars". The main character have my favourite personality, in addition this is my fav actor, so.. ;) Also the story is really funny and entertaining. I watched 22 episodes in 2 days (I have my final exams for less than 40 days, yeah ). The next one is "Inspiring Generation", really interesting, I really like this "old" type of story. Also "Personal Taste" with Lee MinHo is good kdrama. I was watching it with pleasure (but not because of MinHo apperance, I mean, not because of his looks (but he is handsome), but because he is a good actor).
I have started watching kdramas not long ago, so my list is short, but I hope I can help u somehow. ^_^

I don't watch a whole lot, but I heard that Rooftop Prince and Bridal Mask were pretty good. I watched Reply 1997 and 1994, You're Beautiful, Heartstrings. They were pretty good. My Love From Another Star was really really good according to my sister. I also watched Dream High 2 and parts of Dream High 1.
