I'm sorry if I don't make senses...explaining in English is a bit harder than I thought, lolz.

Upload pics:

If your pics are online pics (it means they are uploaded on the internet already), you right-click on the pics-> choose "copy imagine URL"

Then, click the button in the pic below (pardon my awful art, hahaha), paste the URL in the "URL" box and we are done!

(Same goes to posting link!)

If they are pics from your computer, laptop, ect...upload them on some sites first. 

Sites:

• media.tumblr.com
• photobucket.com/albums
• imgur.com
• friendster.com
• tinypic.com
• imageshack.us
• imageshack.com
• static.flickr.com
• staticflickr.com
• deviantart.net
• minus.com
• wordpress.com
• bp.blogspot.com
• fbcdn.net

Once you have uploaded them, copy the "Direct link".

Then paste it like how I had said above.

For DP, we have to use pics from those sites above. Copy URL from a random site won't work.

Now, Videos. This one is easier...

Just copy the Embedded link ->Paste it in blogs, stories, etc. We are done!
