Down in the dumps

Hello...

 

I haven't been feeling well recently so I apologize to my readers who are waiting for me to update my fics

I am so sorry. I know some of you are waiting for me to update EXO House but I'm experiencing a major writer's block due to stress (my hair is falling out TT_TT) - and this is the reason I've turned to writing one shots instead...

With the end of my final highschool year coming to  a close there's suddenly so much pressure not just from my teachers but parents as well...

Haven't we all been there?

 

I just feel so horrible lately and have been having breakdowns

I had a panic attack just the other day since I felt so lonely... It's the worst feeling ever!

To top it off my mother and I had a massive argument and my ipad got taken away which because my ipad is the only thing in the house that doesn't give me stress... aigoo...

I just came back from a university open day and now I feel like my chest is constricting again and if I'm not careful I'll breakdown and cry again and I'm not prepared for the headaches that follow :(

You guys got any suggestions to relieve stress? How do you deal with it?

 

On the bright side, I've managed to focus on my study better...

Pahaha, that's so sad isn't it? My social life is practically nonexistent because I'm too busy and also still jobless so I can't afford to go clubbing... why clubs anyway... Truthfully, I don't really like clubs and they're just loud and also boring. What happened to the good old days of staying in and having a sleepover? But, then again I guess I'm not 12 anymore...

I'd do anything to be a kid again, I swear.

 

Boo. If you read up to this point, I applaud you!

It used to be 'Membership Training'  - don't ask me, it was 5 am when I titled it and it sounds like such a chore so I changed it. Anyway, it's a fluffy romcom despite the misleading title...

I'm feeling just like you, so much academic activities. I've been having so many breakdowns and depressions lately. I want to tell my sister but I'm afraid of her response. Also trying to lose weight and managing my time is really creeping up to me. I think us Seniors really need our break so soon before we explode. Unnie I feel you.

Music always helps me....or talking with friends :/

I know this is a pretty obvious one but listen to music! Hmm, if that doesn't work maybe going out with friends? If all else fails i recommend yoga xD its a stress reliever and to keeps you healthy too hehehe

Well i just take deep breaths or sing aloud to happy songs like 365 or XOXO or just dance around to bouncy songs...somtimes i just cry it out but i do know how you feel stress is a hard thing but dont let ut down we're here for you...FIGHTNG!(^_^)_(≥▽≤)/

for me, I relieve stress by writing or reading or even listening to music! I'm a visual and audio learner so I automatically go for these kind of stuff when I want to let it alllllllll loose. maybe shopping will help you but go alone cause that's more fun than going with friends, in my opinion, cause the stress to look good and find the proper outfit that impresses said friends is just a big no no. plus, movies and dramas or videos can help! I used to be stressed about my chemistry results and I couldn't afford to be stressed so I watched a few videos, made magi mee while watching a movie, and I felt better! so give it a try! good luck, I'm here for you (:

Working out is the best stress reliever for me. You can choose anything you like but i prefer yoga, it really helps you to relax and clear your mind. If you're up for something more fun you can just dance freely to songs you like until you break down in sweat, while singing loudly would be better :D

Swimming and jogging can be another choice, being in the open air can also help you relax.

Also my second fav stress reliever is culinary! Looking up for recommended places on foodblogs & taking a culinary trip is really fun!

Hmm something I like to do when I'm stressed is dance o.o I like to play music as loud as I can and just dance xD Even if you can't dance at all it's strangely satisfying ._. Or if the music is too loud just rest it up ^_^~ Im having a pretty similar problem at my school, but music is getting me through it :3 Sometimes skyping with friends while you work also helps cause it makes the work a little less dreadful xD Good luck~ Feel better :3 (Looking up at the ceiling late at night or hanging out on the balcony and listening to a little bit slower songs is also nice =w= helps take in all the things, Just relax ^_^ Be comfortable and let go from time to time~)

I undrestand your feeling The feeling of being stressed and have too much on your shoulder
so much you dunno which one to do first and neglecting ur friends and all~
for me i Just i started caring a bit less about somethings and it really took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders
Instead of having perfect scores i just settled for normal ones
Sleep well! anytime you get sleep and go to parks a lot
read a lot of fluff and eat apples in the morning~
Oh and one thing i did
its actually stupid but i sat infront of mirror and made a compelete full of myself by making weird faces then laughed at myself i know im pretty stupid but it did made my mood go up lol
