Ok, I have been reading a lot of blogs and posts about Simon and Martina asking for recomendations of fanfics.

I have to say though: I am quite surprised to see how many people actually HATE eyk. I actually like those two. I enjoy their videos. I don't understand these hater's opinions of them.

Let me tell you, they ARE NOT haters, racist, ist, ignorant, rude, or anything else people have mentioned. They are only people telling others of their and others experience in Korea; they are in no way saying that they themselves and the whole of Korea are like that. They have said multiple times that they are only telling what they have observed and that this is not their opinion of Korean people and culture - they are just stating facts.

Yes, I do admit they may be a bit childish, but they still show maturity as them telling people that these are only experiences and not what Korea is actually like is an example of their maturity. Besides, someone who knows how to amke a joke, how to laugh, how to not just see the serious or negative side of things are better than pessimist and sombre/serious types.

Another thing, please don't bash on them for critizing english in kpop songs! They are english-speaking people after all! It is only natural. I have done it and I know you guys have done it too.

Ok, I believe I'm done my rant. So in conclusion, I understand how people might not want their fics recommended and putting them in "lockdown" and that not everyone can like Simon and Martina. But the one thing I don't understand and don't appreciate is how poeple can call them racist, ist, haters, ignorant, etc.! It makes no sense to me and I wish people would at least be a little kinder in espressing their opinion on them.

P.S. I don't mind if you guys want to recomend my fics to eyk, but PLEASE ASK for my permission first.
