Everyone just wants to hate on EYK these days huh

I'm amost ready to leave AFF because a bunch of people are being stupid on dealing with stupidity

 

 

 

 

 

So in other words, they're probably going to contact the author and if the author is like "NO" then chill they ain't going to steal your underpants.

 

Do you even expect them to check with your blogs to see if you said no? -smh-

If your readers are recommending your fics even after you announced on your BLOG, on your STORIES, on your WALL, everywhere you can think of, that's a different problem. I don't who should have it worse, your readers or yourself.

And frankly you should be honored that someone recommended your fic even if you don't want to take it.

Plagiarism is a whole different story but has EYK shown ANY EVIDENCE yet they have COMMITTED plaigiarism? Not suggesting that they will, THEY ACTUALLY HAVE DONE IT.

I don't think so.

It's like the difference between thinking of killing someone and actually doing murder.

And whoever said they said "I don't think you understand how the internet works"

I'm not saying EYK can't be stupid (cough BAP video cough) or they cannot do no wrong,

But frankly this community has definitely made me ashamed of being part of it by assuming things without checking FOR THEMSELVES what happened.

No wonder any political body on this planet can't get anything done except for maybe Nepal.

I don't have a twitter so I have no idea about this, but (and hopefully I don't anger you) I've started to not like EYK anymore either. Not for plagiarism that hasn't been done or won't be done or whatever, but because they don't really care about kpop. Kpop is what brought them fame. Kind of makes me think "Don't bite the hand that feeds you". I get that their preferences changed but EYK goes off and says things like "KMM isn't even what we like doing or what we do the most". Ok. Your channel changed... but don't dismiss something that gives you the most views. Recently, their jokes are rude (like the one a few weeks ago about The B Band ). I think they're a little big-headed right now just because people care about their lives.

i'm probably one of those people that dislike eyk. however, i won't diss them. i like the IDEA of what they do, but just find them a lil annoying, i can't seem to laugh at their jokes etc. i wouldnt publicly bash them or post ugly tweets against them. i don't HATE them. hate is a strong word. just, i don't follow them, even if i admit i've watched a few videos here and there.
i don't even FOLLOW them regularly and i already know they didn't mean they'd be plagiarizing fics. they are trying to share some writers' hard work and talent in the context of kpop. i think that is fine. And flattering. i get it, some authors don't want their fics outside AFF. i've even marked a few of mine 'members only' because i'm scared some idol will gain access to what i've written about them as fiction, and feel awks or irritated that i didn't portray them true-to-life. at the same time i'm like, Self, you write FICTION. they have to know that and take it with a grain of salt. it's not stories ABOUT them but stories about CHARACTERS.

still. i keep some of my fics away from the rest of the internet you know, just in case.
would i want eyk to spotlight my fics? depends. i'm not afraid of them 'stealing', but if they could contact the author before publicizing the fics, then each author has a chance to politely decline. in my case, they could promote the heck out of my latest 2pmfics cz i'm very proud of them, and i haven't really left 'evidence' that it's specifically the2pm boys other than their names. they could be anyone.
if now, eyk wanted one of my older fics, well, i'd have to see...

getting more publicity is a double edged sword. wider audience brings more haters, as WELL as faithful readers. it leaves more potential for plagiarism etc. and it leaves the author bare, for all to see and criticize. it can be nerve wracking and exciting at the same time.
eyk entertain lots of people. i personally don't care for them, but i can appreciste their importance.

There are a lot of people that don't think before they speak or act. There are some people that can't accept other people's opinions so they start hating people. ._. Like I know this user that posted some hateful things to EYK and I said, "IT'S THEIR OPINION ABOUT THE MV. Why do you watch their videos then? If you don't like them then don't watch. It's simple."

Don't be pissed off by the behavior of some. I think it's the nervousness. Many people aren't ready to be reviewed and in public as bonus. Some told me that they are freaking out to hear their names or the title of their fics because they aren't even confident about it. And why would you leave? I think you have many friends and readers who would be sad by it. I'm one of them

I am ok with it, in fact I want to check my grammar for the next hours then submit my fics to them, let see what they think of fanfics :D

Omg I know right? People overreact here sometimes! I mean EYK is pretty popular and I'm sure they wouldn't want to take the risk of plagiarizing. Plus, yes, the author should feel honored because they know someone is actually enjoying their story. Ugh. But please don't leave! You're one of the few who I feel is more sensible than most (maybe it's because you're older than most) but anyways, people need to chill

I just posted a blog saying to not post my fics outside of AFF. I'm not worried of EYK plagiarizing them, I just don't want my readers to share them that's all. We know they aren't going to steal them, we just don't want them to be sent out outside of AFF.
