Okay, they're fairly simple. Find a layout you like (the ones at Nefelibata are fairly easy to use) and put everything in... you don't have to do it all at once, either... I suggest you open a live preview site for coding, like at codecademy.com or something. Once you have it to your satisfaction, you can just copy and paste it into the textarea mode.
Forms.
Even more simple. There are free online form builders (I'm sure you can just google them) and once you make one, they'll provide you with a link that you'll put into the layout where you want it.
