When you are in charge shouldn't you take charge of everything. I don't want to show up at the said time when the said time has changed. Update your info an hour at least prior to the meeting. I don't want to waste my precious time on something that I can't even obtain the full info. If it was important, make it clear and don't waste my time driving from a long distance way farther than yours and set aside time I don't even have.
