Thank You for the Lovable 6 Years and 10 Months We Had Together...

In the year 2007, a black puppy was given to us by our childhood friend and we quickly named him Kanata.

His name was taken from the Japanese Actor named Kanata Hongo who was popular due to his role Ryoma Echizen.

He was quite boy at first. When he became comfortable, he became so playful and loud.

This boy loves to whistle and we called him an R&B Singer back then.

As he grew up, his black thick hair started to glow and became golden. This was getting longer as well that the black locks was now at the tips of it.

We never thought he was a South Russian Ovcharka (weren't we so dumb-dumb?)

And every summer, we cut his hair so would not feel uncomfy. In winter, when his hair was long again, we never forget combing his beautiful locks.

He grew up handsome that made us so proud of him.

His hyper activeness was our issue though.

He loved going out, escaping from our house as many ways as possible.

This was the reason he started having ticks and these became our problem when we moved to another location.

We always got nervous when his nose was bleeding so we always brought him to the Vet only for this to stop.

Until this day, we tried our best to keep him healthy. He tried his best not to make us worry.

But not long enough, he died because the treatment didn't seem to work and got worse.

Our family loved combing his long golden hair. I never thought I would also do this for the last time, in his death.

I never stopped crying and hugging him while I was combing and cleaning his cold body.

I loved him so much that I could not believe he was gone. He was been a part of the family for more than 6 years.

It's difficult to bid him farewell but I wanted him to be in peace.

I hope something wonderful will be an exchange for this agony.

And, I hope, he will rest well up above.

Last Sunday, my grandmother was sent to grave (that's why I've been on Hiatus).

Who would have thought within this week another would leave?

Sorry, if I'm posting this here. I'm actually posting a lot of videos and photos in his memory on my personal account at a social site.

Year of the Horse is being harsh to me that I'm wondering why.

Let's just see what more I should need to face.

Lastly, for my lovely Kanata, my brother, my bestfriend, an ideal boyfriend.

Goodbye...

I Love you...

And, I'll Miss You...

my condolences to you and your family..i know how much it hurts to loose a pet brother, they grew up with you, put up with your mood swings, makes you smile with just a single wag of tail and just casually became a part of you...

its hard to let go but we can only think that he is in a better place now
