I'm not trying to be offensive, I'm just really confused. I've read a few of her stories and her sentences are bland and lack feeling and emotion. But she's the top author and has a lot of fans.

Is it because she has all the technical stuff down--the spelling, grammar,etc.?--and easy reading format. (Actually, I spot some mistakes, like her dialougue tags aren't attached to the dialougue)

I wouldn't even say that she's a good writer, not because her plots are cliche but she can't write cliche plots into a good story. I think that's what a good writer is, to write good no matter the content. However everyone's saying she's brilliant and all that and I ask again: why?

(And don't make me laugh by saying I'm jealous or anything, I do think I can write better and that eliminates jealousy)
