Note: This easily one of the funniest Taoris fanfics I've read. Even better, Kris and Tao aren't portrayed as their fandom stereotypes. And major points for TaoHun's friendship! (Kim King Jongdae is pretty awesome too.)

Summary: When his life crumbles apart, Zitao quits his job, and travels to Spain for exactly one year, falling in love with its language, culture, and the young medical student who takes a special interest in him.

Note: This story is so beautifully written. Zitao's characterization as a man that wastes his best years in a fruitless relationship was very believable. I love how falling in love with Yifan changed him for the better. And the inclusion of Spanish makes the story seem even more romantic.

Note: Even though, as a reader, I'm perfectly aware that Kris and Tao's characters are horrible people, I can't help but root for them to have a happy ending.

Kris Wu is the most popular guy in high school. He definitely does not watch bad television dramas because he enjoys them. And it's not as if he's never been on a date, or had a first kiss, or understands how to deal with having a crush on his underclassman Huang Zitao, or how to handle  talking to other people in general. Nope, he's definitely just as cool as all the girls say he is. Definitely.

Note: I have a weakness for Taoris romantic comedies where Kris is very... loser-ish.

Note: I love genderbend K-Pop AUs. I was all about KaiBaek during the Mama and Wolf eras, but I stopped paying as much attention to their fics and the ship in general for the past six months. (I blame Chanyeol and the influx of ChanKai tbh. XD) But this makes me want to catch up on all the KaiBaek I missed.
