OMG Big News!!

I just got an email from the Japanese modeling company K Production. They looked at my application, which is soo cool considering I just put the application in this morning^^.

I could be able to go to Japan and train to be a model if my mother lets me. I think she might, she sounded very supportive and accepting over the phone~ but I'm having some doubts about it now...

They said that I should lose about 10kg or more, but didn't have to. I don't know how to lose that much weight T.T I can barely lose 5 pounds. 

I'm wonder if this would be a good idea, please any advice?

you can sleep early and wake up at 2am then drink coffee everyday. I lose 26 pounds in 3 weeks.

eat a low carb diet. yoga is also a great exercise tech to lose weight also.

for people trying to lose weight;
30% weight loss is from exercising and
70% weight loss is from dieting.
so I'll suggest you watch what you eat. eat a low on carb, sugar and fat diet.
also! don't eat too much fruit. I know its good and healthy but there is over 60% of sugar in fruits. so I suggest you just stick with vegies.

aallso! try this trick: ( some kpop idols lost a whole bunch of weight trying this tip )
add around half minced ginger into a warm cup of lemon water and consume that everyday. I mean, it tastes soooo horrible ( I've tried it once and never got back to it - HAHA ) but you'll definitely see results in about a week or two.

but, you see, the choice is yours. I mean, is working SOOO hard and trying to lose 10kg for a job worth it?? we're talking 10kg here ( that's approx. 20lbs ) not a just 1 or 2 or 3 kgs.. 10kg can be pretty hard to lose.
I say, write down the positives and negatives about this modeling job and then you can decide for yourself how much do you want this job. its your life anyway...c:

Internet. And YouTube. That's my advice. Oh! And be smart about things, if you know something isn't healthy, don't do it. And try an app called myfitnesspal. It's really awesome.

10 kg? that's like 20 lbs! My advice... exercise 45-60 minutes a day. Try to avoid packaged foods like ramen it has alot of salt and it's not very filling. Try to be using smaller bowls if you could, it can trick you mind into thinking you've eaten a lot. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. But watch your grains, they have carbs. Drink some water before meals. And whatever you do, do NOT turn anorexic!

Don't skip any meals but only eat them in small portions. Don't lose more than 2 pounds per week because if it is more, it is consider unhealthy.
Excerise about 30 minutes each day.
Don't add a lot of salt to your food because it stores your food.
Drink a lot of water. Not a lot of soda because it makes you bubbly.
Drink water before eating because your stomach can be tricking you.

Do some research on the company first make sure they are legit and maybe have your parent talk to them. It may involve you moving as well and being away from your family Would you be able to cope being away from your family and home country ? and can you speak japanese ?

omo~ so cool, (random bored blog reader here btw lol) you should totally go for it! just make sure you don't go over board with losing wight ^^
