New Plan

I think I've found the reason why my swimming times for the last year haven't gone down at all. In fact, they're going up, which makes me really sad. 

Somehow this season I've forgotten how to work my off every set like I used to. So now I'm going to try. 

Hopefully this works and, hopefully, my stroke times will be back to where I want them to be, instead of three seconds (which is, quite frankly, an enormous amount of time) slower than what I did last year. 

Fingers crossed.
