Your composition, font choice and blending needs the most work. It's also lacking elements like stocks to add meaning to the picture. I won't go into details because this is for a contest :)

The coloring is nice, maybe next time you should think about the font again ^^ it's pretty off. It's cool, giod luck on ur contest! :D
