Background:
Woo Seungyeon, youngest of two children, was born into a middle-classed family on June 7th. She was raised in Seoul; life was pretty good and her family always managed to get by. When she turned 12, her father got a job promotion, to begin his new career with his rich brother. They had a wonderful home, a nice car, life couldn’t be any better. That was until the company was up to it’s neck in depts and her uncle had gone missing, leaving her father to take lead on the business. Her father than began to mortgage and sell of everything that wasn’t a essential to live. A month passed and her parents were struggling with the debts, let alone living. Her father felt that one thing he could do is to seek help from his bestfriend. After borrowing a sum lot of money that would surely help his company’s debt, the problem seems to getting resolved slowly but positively. Growing up, almost every girls will have boy friends. Seungyeon also. But he isn’t rich. Her parents like that Seungyeon be friend with him since they first knew him due to some specific reason. Then, he went busy with something and they can't hardly met during the time, he promised to Seungyeon that he will make her his spouse. It was 5 years ago.
She wanted to find a life outside to embrace her song - a much more suitable practice for her. Seungyeon does like K-pop, she listens to it very often, so yeah. She attended Hyehwa Elementary Girls School. During her time there, using her sweat and blood, Seungyeon has been a well aspiring musician in the school. Due to her great social interaction, she is quite known to the rest of the students, as much as she like to hold someone’s hand, socialize, and always break a smile. Seungyeon’s dream had always been to become an idol, she begged to auditioned when she was 11 so she could debut as soon as possible, a natural talented vocalist, she got accepted. Everything seemed to click in place for her, her life was perfect. She debuted as a member of the group Vanilla under Coii Entertainment in 2004 when she was 12. The band released their debut album titled ‘We Are Vanilla’ with the title track 'Our Sun'. With a young group that seemed promising. Everything was perfect, at least until the group was disbanded in late 2004 due to cyber bullying and anti-fan cafes against the group. The reason is netizens things they're way too young to perform, same thing happened to GP Basic [another elementary girls group] later, the difference is Vanilla exprienced it first and harder.
After the slump in music career, she started to had small cameo roles on television. Seungyeon starred in Teen Top's music video "Going Crazy" where she played the role of L.Joe's love interest. On 2013, Seungyeon played the lead in the movie Hwanggu, in which she plays a spirited young college student who supports her boyfriend as struggles to win the national taekwondo title and also the prejudices of a multi-ethnical family he experiences, having a Korean mother and Filipino father. She briefly attended Lila Arts Middle High School and Seoul Arts High School. Seungyeon graduated from Seoul Arts High School in 2012. Eventually, she gave up a normal high school life although misses being a high school girl sometimes and forsook attending university due to her busy trainee schedule and career.

She lost her balance while stepping on the slippery rock, causing her to fell into the cold water. Bang Yongguk happened to be there, he was there with his friends. He who had already eyeing Seungyeon from the beginning saw the scene and quickly jumped into the water to save her. She was unconscious the moment Yongguk brought her to the land and so he gave her cpr. She was saved by her and she insist to pay him back. She took his number by the end of the short dangerous picnic and he was invited to her house by that particular weekend.
Relationship: In a secret relationship that only Yuri and BAP's members know. He was the one who promised to Seungyeon that he will make her his spouse, 5 years ago. Their moments are rare but when they do happen, the two of them always complemented each other. Despite all of that busy- ness, Yongguk has always been there for Seungyeon from the very beginning. Always fun, always happy, these two's moments can be found when Yongguk and Seungyeon has no schedule.The two works really well. He barely talk and socially awkward mainly because of the new atmostphere. He became a target of bulliers. One day, while walking back from school, he was stopped by the school bulliers. He might be quiet but he can be rebellious and stubborn when people keep on pushing his button. He almost got a punch when they heard a wistle. It was Seungyeon, who came to the scene with her wistle. Shrugs it off, the bulliers decided to deal with him later. Seungyeon ran to Chen and asked if he was alright. Chen's pride as a guy was scratch as a girl saved her from a bullier. He replied that "Us, country bumpkin is stronger than you, city kids. Please don't bother to help anymore". He then left her.
Relationship: Friends. Seungyeon and Chen are meant for each other. Chen likes to troll and Seungyeon's dumb enough to be trolled by him most of the time. Most often, Chen trolls Seungyeon. Ok, maybe more than often. Chen just can't deal with Seungyeon fast legs, kicking him after she realized that she had been troll. She is jealous over Seungyeon's talent as a vocalist and rapper. Their personality are the same and they often clashes with each other, it offended Hyunjung a lot but Seungyeon just being the ignorant her. They automatically drift apart when 'Vanilla' disbanded. If Hyunjung is known for her iness, slick moves then Seungyeon sings to save her life. That’s how different their talent are. They are the talented rival. Thanks to their height, both Seungyeon and Hyunjung are often turning head on the street. They are not smooth sailing. Trainee background:
In middle school, Seungyeon began registering for audition in various company. This was after her first group's slump. There, she met a representative of SM. He was fond over her youthful look at the first met and with that he kinda helped her registration/ audition and became a trainee in less than two months. Seungyeon was grouped together with the other trainees, filling the vacancy. Some trainees recognize her as Vanilla's Seungyeon while some didn't. They judged her for no reason. She hadn’t meant to have that kind of problems, that was her plead, however they still found her guilty. Some seemed to pity her however. Her family was supporting her, but being an ex idol she didn’t have many friends. She didn’t mind the catch, and found it rather easy to live with. She happily obliged with the trainer’s catch, never even thinking twice about it.
Seungyeon's voice will always be iffy to people. On one hand, it is absolutely gorgeous. Her much more husky and deep voice provides amazing contrast to the other girls in the company, whom have more delicate and softer tones. Seungyeon’s voice by far the most aesthetically pleasing. Not only is it throaty and y, the girl knows how to make her singing rich with emotion. The only thing Seungyeon lacks in is control. She falters a bit live and dancing, and even when she’s solely singing, you can hear her struggle to reach her notes.
