"Are you going away for long again, Min?" she asked him sadly, her eyes revealing just how weak she felt, and her worries of him not being able to see her again before her body finally decides to give up. "Can't you just stay?"

he leans over and kisses on the forehead affectionately. He wanted to--God he wanted to-- stay with her too, but he needed to get out and work for his siblings, and for her too. If he was going to be a man of the house he needed to be responsible, and that means working for the people close to him. "I won't be long, I promise" he tells her, soft smile and all. He squeezed her hand in promise "I'll come back soon"

But if there was one thing Sungmin should have learned by now, it was that fate never seemed to side with him, and every damn promise around him never get to be fulfilled. He froze when he saw the vehicle coming towards him, eyes wide and the last words he was able to whisper before the pain and darkness took him completely were the words 

"I'm sorry..."

He thought he was dead...but if he was dead, why was heaven looking like the ceiling of weird old castlefrom those old TV dramas?...

Sungmin blinked once, then again...but the view of the ceiling didn't change. Confused, he looked around and fell his jaw drop. Forget about the ceiling, the whole place he was in looked like some sort of palace! He groaned as the sudden movement made his head throb, but he couldn't feel bandages nor stitches where he was sure he would have needed them after being hit by the motorbike. He was confused, what the hell is going on here?

"You're awake?" a voice came from somewhere in the room, and Sungmin turns to the source, wincing as again his head felt like it was being drilled. "Don't move around too much, you were hit by the carriage pretty badly"

"C-Carriage?" what is this man talking about? The thing that hit him was a speeding motorbike. He stared up at the stranger, he was wearing some royal looking red clothes. the aura around him screams authority. "Uhm..."

"But I am glad you are unhurt" the man said again. "For I will spend the rest of my life atoning for almost taking your life"

Sungmin didn't have a clue as to what he was saying at all. "W-What? I don't think I follow...wait, where are we? How long have I been sleeping? I need to get back to Seifie~" panic started to settle in his veins as heremembered his girlfriend in the hospital waiting for his return. She had a weak heart, if she heard of his accident she was going to stress herself bad.

"You are in my castle...asleep for a whole day since my carriage accidentally hit you...you were alone, no one was with you"

"No, I mean...my girlfriend is in the hospital...and I need to get back to her..." the man stared at him looking utterly confused with his words, what, does he not know what a girlfirend and hospital is?

"You are not well enough to leave yet" the man shook his head. Sungmin scoffed at that, sure his head was throbbing but it would take more than that to stop him from leaving.

"Says who? you?" He tried to get up from the bed but swayed instantly, almost falling if it wasn't for the man coming up to his aid. Sungmin closed his eyes, everything hurts.

"I told you, you are not well enough" he stared at the stranger, looking at him with utmost worry. Sungmin wondered why his heart felt like it skipped a beat. "Stay here, I shall call the healer"

"Healer?"

Before he could actually leave though, someone else entered the room. "My king! The healer has arrived and is waiting for you orders to see---oh, he's awake"

"K-King?" Sungmin gaped at the man still holding onto his waist. "W-What?"

The young man smiled. "My name is Kyuhyun, king of Hwon. this is my kingdom, and you are under my care"


Well....DAMN.
