Foreword notes

White eyes
The first sign before turning into a zombie.

Rangers
People who guard the safe-zones. They lack discipline in their work.

Kim Jinhee
You. 19. Sometimes called Jin or Jinnie.

Kim Jongin
Your twin brother. 19. Also called Kai. Younger by 1 minute.

Chapter One notes

Gran
Your grandmother. (currently unconfirmed if alive or dead)

Ration Run
A game in which Jinhee and Kai play to see who gets the most ration tiles. First to 10 shouts their opponents name and wins. Cheating and stealing are allowed.

Ration tiles
Tiles that are swapped with rangers in exchange for food water and supplies.

Walkers
Also known as the zombies that lurk around everywhere but the safe zones. Known to turn in around 1 week, but Jinhee thinks it has accelerated to a few hours.

Chapter Two notes

Kimmi
Jinhee's 9 year old cousin. Always worries about Jinhee and Kai. Real nme is Kim Mi, but prefers Kimmi

Uncle
Kimmi's father. Currently crafting a bowie knife for Jinhee. Is apparently busy with something important.
