So im going into group counciling....

Today I was pulled out of class to talk to the school councillor. I don't really remember but she said at the beginning of the year the school took individual sign up's for pier mediation. I don't really remember but she said I checked off low self esteem. So starting next week I will be pulled our of class to go to a group meeting thing. Honestly when I think about it, it sounds pretty stupid, but what the hell. Why not?

Never had that in my school, so nothing beat trying and talking to others and as Peporo says make new friends.

Maybe its not so bad. Don't worry, if you look on the bright side, this could be a great opportunity to make new friends who understand you well. :) Be positive neh!

I think this is a great idea, it'll definitely help in the long run. It might get hard sometimes, but please remember that if you do do this, then it will benefit you SO MCH in the future. I really hope this will be a learning experience for you! Good luck! :D

It might seem stupid right now but I hope you try and take it for its full worth. Try and let yourself out in those sessions? if you can... It would help you start to trust people and have more confidence in talking.

and know that a lot of people love you and you are really unique and pretty...I haven't seen you but everyone is pretty from heart ...they just have to believe in it :)

I wish they had that at my school. Over here, no one cares. But I'm glad you get the opportunity, it may seem stupid at first, but I'm sure it will be beneficial.

It'll probably be good for you. You'll be able to open up. It'll feel good.
